  • Perfect for our situation..Memorial Day Week

"Great central location to the attractions in the area. Just under a half hour to Rapid City; 5 minute drive to Hill City. It is right on the highway, but noise is not an issue if windows are closed. The wine place next door is tame- no noise issues. Place was clean, fully stocked, and they were very responsive when we just needed paper goods on one occasion. There were 3 adults, and two teenagers, and more than enough room. The stairway is narrow and fairly steep...would not recommend for anyone on crutches, etc, but not a problem for us. Heating and AC worked fine. The photos are a fair depiction of what it looks and feels like. And we kept amused from time to time with the goats, chickens, and ducks in back yard. Yes, we would stay again."

  • Best ever!!!

"Stayed a week with our family. I was very impressed by the cleanliness and even more impressed that towels, cookware, firewood and even toilet paper were provided. Connie greeted our family upon arrival. Nice and secluded but within reach of everything you'd want to do and see! Thanks again Connie for your hospitality!!"

  • So comfortable and beautiful views

"We loved this cabin! We were very comfortable. Beds were great, lots of room and kitchen had all that we needed. The property was private and had plenty of land for our kids and dog to run around. We really enjoyed watching both the sunsets and sunrises from indoors on the cold mornings and warming by the fire pit outside while playing in the snow."
