  • Hilltop After Sturgis Rally

"This home was the perfect place to see the Black Hills area. Every major attraction/Landmark is less than an hours travel, making it easy to return home before dark. This was important to us because we were all on motorcycles. 13 people-7 bikes. It was great to arrive back each day and be able to park the bikes in the large garage. The home is everything that it's advertised to be and more. Plenty of room for everyone to do there own thing or as a group. The girls could not stop admiring the overhead in the kitchen. Someone spent some serious time building that. Very creative. Groceries and plenty of places to eat out in the surrounding area too. If I'm ever in the area again I definitely will try to snag this home. Being on motorcycles I'm not sure how the home owners managed for us to have perfect weather everyday. :)"

  • Wonderful base camp for Black Hills vacation

"This property is easily accessible from the highway, and close enough to town to run in for a meal or groceries. It's got a wonderful porch swing perfect for morning coffee, and a nice view out of every window. It was clean, comfortable, spacious enough for us, and just what we needed. Well stocked with essential equipment. Owner is easy to contact and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again (so we can sit around a campfire in the evening)."

  • Fantastic for a Fall Vacation

"Our group of 10 rented both units for a week. The location was great, a convenient walk to the grocery store and Main St, looking down over the 1880 Train and Hill City. Plenty of room, with leaves in the table we were able to get all 10 of us around the dinner table. The owners/managers were outstanding to deal with, especially Marcia. Quick to respond, and helpful beyond what was expected. There is so much to do in the Black Hills, and these townhomes are well located close to Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer & Custer State Park...and only a short 30 minutes or so into Rapid City. Don't miss the Black Hills Institute if you love dinosaurs. Their collection is amazing. Don't miss out on visiting this area. It's a bit of a hidden gem."

  • Best place to stay Black Hills

"Close to everything but away from it all. We stayed 4 Weeks in the fall and spent Thanksgiving there. What an amazing time of year in the Black Hills! You won't be dissapointed if you stay here. Wonderful hosts who know the area. Heard they aquored a Dude Ranch. If it's half as good, amazing!"
