  • Beautiful home, well appointed and spacious

"We had a wonderful stay. The house is very well taken care of and has everything you need. The setting is beyond beautiful. Dan was a pleasure to work with and responded quickly to email and text. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family looking for a great relaxing stay. Within short driving distance to the more touristy areas of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge."

  • very nice

"we had a good time at the house. I will try another one again. I was not happy with the dead bugs on the floor. I was not happy that the house had not been sweep. I'm sure is not the normal for the property we just had bad luck. the house was still very nice."

  • Peaceful and Quiet

"We enjoyed our stay here. It accommodated our family of 7 comfortably enough, though I think it is more suited for a group of 4-6 at the most. We have two teenage boys and they aren't terribly picky about how or where they sleep anyway. The cabin was cute and cozy. My 3 year old loved all the stuffed animals and books. The aforementioned teenage boys loved the reliable internet. We liked staying on the quiet side of things, away from Gatlinburg busy-ness. The drive to Gatlinburg was enjoyable. About 25-30 minutes down a lovely road. We simply loved hiking here at the Cosby entrance to Smokey Mountains National Park much better than we have in Gatlinburg. So much less crowded and the trails were gorgeous. The burn damage from the fire of November 2016 wasn't as much as we feared (not to down play it at ALL, I know people lost lives and much property was damaged) however I expected to see way more damage than I saw. Most of the area we were familiar with appeared intact with quick restoration already underway on damaged and destroyed things. Thanks for a nice and affordable place to stay!!"

  • Clean and quiet

"The cabin was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. It was very clean, very private, and priced accordingly. The location was also great, not too far of a drive to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge."
