"We rented this cabin just over a week ago. And had a blast. We took some video footage of the drive that took almost 10 minutes taking the scenic route, through the turns and hills. And it's quiet, never even heard an airplane. Just a short drive to the strip of Gatlinburg, and minutes from Pigeon Forge. My wife and I have even talked about a fall trip this year, but leaving the son home. The owners are great people and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again. Bob and Shari W. Apex North Carolina"

  • Timberwinds: A Rustic Getaway Close to Attractions

"My family and I enjoyed this rustic but roomy two-level cabin in the mountains close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. The surroundings are beautiful and give one a remote feel without being very far from nearby attractions. We liked the hot tub after a long day of walking and sightseeing, and most of us spent quality time in comfortable rocking chairs on the spacious front porch. The great room was nicely furnished and the kitchen was comfortably designed for convenience, with a good-sized dining table for meals. One thing to note: the approach to the cabin is steep and the driveway even steeper. Being from California, this wasn't a problem for us, but it could be for those not accustomed to mountain driving. Overall, our experience was very good, and I would recommend Timberwinds for those looking for an attractive, rustic getaway close to all the attractions in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. ."

  • Incredible Stay

"We spent 7 nights at the Incredible View cabin. There were many positives. When we arrived, there was wine and soda in the refrigerator for us as well as some k-cups and snacks. The kitchen was very well stocked with spices and basics that we would need. There were also plenty of toiletries to use, which was also a nice touch. The cabin itself was great, the view was spectacular. Sunrise each morning was a treat. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do-hiking, Ober Gatlinburg, shopping. I would highly recommend this cabin. The only thing that I might have liked to see different was to be able to use the fireplace. I knew ahead of time that it was only open from November-March 1, but we had some cold nights, even with snow, and it would have been nice to be able to use the fireplace. I might suggest that in the future the fireplace be available for use through March."
