  • Perfect in all ways!

"My family and I stayed here on our way home from a wedding in Alabama. We only had 3 days to spend in the Smokies and this was a perfect home base. The house itself is great! Loved the washer/dryer (and detergent!!). The views are amazing. And it was spacious. We are hoping to come back again."

  • A Romantic Fall Getaway

"My hubby and I really enjoyed our five days stay. The cabin met all our needs. Very cozy and romantic. Secluded and still not too far from the main strip. Easy drive up the mountains and among the trees. It was heavenly. The only thing that was different for me was the access to the bedroom. You have to go downstairs that was partly outside but still enclosed. However the bedroom was a dream, roomy with a fireplace and a big jetted tub an a mini kitchen. Karen the owner had the cabin all decorated for Christmas. I spoke to Karen a couple of times and she was very pleasant. I also met Sandi the cleaning lady and she was also very nice. I will definitely rent this cabin again. High Haven is Heavenly."

  • Perfect Condo

"This was a beautiful and clean condo with a great enclosed patio there are grills out front by the fence, the pool is perfect for the kids- not to deep but deep enough they had plenty of fun! The location is great and the chalet village market and papa johns both deliver here. Thanks Lisa for the chance to share your little piece of the mountains!"

  • Great Place for Couples in the Smokies

"My girlfriend and I stayed at this place and we loved it! Everything is as advertised, it is a cozy studio with plenty of room for two. The views are truly breathtaking from the balcony, which had 2 outdoors chairs to sit on. The bed was tucked in a little nook with a huge window that faces the mountains, and in the morning the sun rises over the mountains so you can watch it without leaving bed. The apartment had clearly been cleaned and there were little things that really helped namely: plenty of towels (folded and presented nicely), individually wrapped bars of soap in the bathroom, 2 dishwasher detergent packs, a little bottle of dish washing liquid, and a little sponge. The last few items mentioned were individually packaged so its clear that we were NOT using the same sponge as the previous 10+ tenants. The kitchen had all the advertised appliances and there was even a nice big pack of coffee filters. Within the complex, the building is located across from the clubhouse/office which contains the indoor pool and two hot tubs. The location is up the mountain, which can be scary to drive up at night if you aren't used to. However, it is a quick drive into Gatlinburg and the Smokey Mountain National Park and the route had minimal traffic no matter what time of day. Casey was excellent to work with, she responded quickly, provided suggestions, and returned the damage deposit in an efficient timely manner. We ended up arriving late (10pm) but the instructions Casey provided us made it extremely easy to find. There was a lockbox with a keypad on the door to get in/out,so we didn't have to carry around an extra set of keys or worry about locking ourselves out. Overall we really enjoyed our visit and are already talking about coming back and staying in the same place in the Spring time."
