"This was our first trip to Gatlinburg, and we will be back. The cabin was as pictured and perfect for the two of us!! We had everything that we needed to get the vacation started. Instructions were everywhere. Dishes, cookware, utensils were plentiful and in very good condition! That was a pleasant surprise as most cabin kitchens are not furnished that well. The cabin was not too far up the mountain and close to town and the grocery store. We liked being a short drive from the Arts and Crafts Community and the back route to and from Pigeon Forge. We took in a couple of museums, a dinner theater, Dollywood, Ode Gatlinburg, viewed the Hot Rods car show, shopped the strip, drove the Motor Nature Trail, walked to Laurel Falls, and drove thru the Smokey's to Cherokee, NC.... And there is so much more that we didn't do!! The only reason that I did not give a five rating was because although the hot tub did run, the jets were not as powerful as they should be. We only used it once. The jetted bathtub worked better, but did not want to continue to use because if water level got too high, it could leak water down into the kitchen (the owner disclosed this information in the type-written instructions that were emailed after final payment was made). If you are looking forward to those two features, double check with owners before renting - hopefully they will be improved/fixed by your visit. The rental process was quick and easy. The owners leave plenty of phone numbers to call incase an emergency arises or something needs fixed. We would definitely rent this cabin again or any other cabin from this owner!!"

  • Log Cabin of Gatlinburg

"This cabin was very easy to find. Extremely close to the parkway, however if you are looking to travel here in icy/snow weathers, there is a very nice little hill you will have to climb. The site could use some updated pics because it actually looks better than what is shown. The bedrooms are VERY roomy. 2 queen beds in all rooms except the Master bedroom there's 1. The Master didn't have a television, but it sat right outside the living room so that wasn't a problem. There is no view what so ever, but for this price, who needs one? Mr Randy was extremely helpful! He accommodated all of our needs being next door & a phone call away. The people prior to our stay removed the HDMI cord for the TV, he came over & hooked up another one so we would be able to enjoy it. He even brought us a grill upon request. It was very small but it got the job done. The only cons of the cabin was there wasn't enough dishes/silverware to accommodate 8 people, (cabin sleeps 14). If staying more than a day I suggest you get paper plates etc. There wasn't an blender, or electric can opener & the hand can opener that was there was extremely hard to use (old). If you have a big party where people will be in each room, be sure to take showers a 1/2 hr apart or more because the hot water will run out. Other than that, it is worth a stay! My family & I will definitely be staying here again!"

"Beautiful cabin, very clean, spacious and well stocked. Beautiful views off both porches. Convenient to everything, but quiet and peaceful. The only drawback for me was that we couldn't stay longer. We will definitely be back and recommend to all our friends and family. Thanks so much for letting us share your cabin."

  • Wonderful

"My boyfriend and I rented this cabin for a quick weekend getaway. It was just as described. Just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, but still private enough! The cabin was very clean! The owner responded in a timely manner and was very easy to work with. We will definitely use this location again!"
