"We loved our stay at this condo! It is beautifully decorated and looks brand new! Our family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers were comfortable and the sleeping arrangements with the queen sleeper sofa and two comfy queen beds worked out great for us. There were plenty of sheets, blankets and pillows – even a super-soft throw to snuggle with on the recliner for an afternoon nap. The location is away from all the hustle and bustle but still a short drive to everything. It is convenient to downtown Gatlinburg, the Artisan Loop, Ober Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. It’s at the tippy-top of the mountain but the road is a paved, gradual climb and maintained by the city of Gatlinburg in the event of snow, ice, etc and two cars can pass easily. It is on the first floor with parking directly in front of the unit which is great for unloading/loading luggage. The inside is stocked with everything you could need including big pots and pans for a large family (I’ve had to bring/buy those at other locations we’ve stayed at.) Also, they’ve left the shelves in the pantry empty for you to store your items, groceries, etc. so there was plenty of storage available in the kitchen. We kept our shoes in the bench near the front door and hung our coats on the coat hooks near the door so it was convenient having those there. The charcoal grills and picnic tables in the back were handy as well – although we didn’t have an opportunity to use them because we were too busy enjoying grub from the Alamo Steakhouse, The Applebarn, The Hatfield and McCoy’s dinner show, etc and it was a little too chilly while we were there. Mr. Dennis, the owner was quick to respond to our booking request and to answer questions we had during the stay. He was so nice and accommodating. He even called us later in our stay to make sure all was well and that we were having a good time. I would definitely recommend this condo and we hope to be back soon!"
