  • Family Vacation

"My family of 5 stayed in this house for the week. It was perfect for us! It was an easy drive up the mountain and the level driveway access was nice. It was just the perfect size for us to spread out. We could enjoy time together in the kitchen and family room. We loved the hot tub and the backyard patio! The kitchen is stocked well enough so that you are able to cook. Washer and dryer were a definite plus. We also brought our dog with us. The owners are fine with pets but do have some rules for the safety of the pet and the house. We loved the seclusion of the house. And the scenery was breathtaking. We will definitely consider this house again when we return to Gatlinburg!"

  • Just as Advertised

"Heavenly View is a cozy, warm little home away from home. Everything looks just as the pictures portray and more. What you can not see is the loft bedroom which is a cute yet private room. Our family of 7 adults and one toddler stayed the whole week of Thanksgiving and everyone had their own space, bedroom, and bathroom. The first floor living area has comfy couches and chairs and plenty of sitting at the dining table and even though the kitchen is small, it had everything you could need for making breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our family made our thanksgiving meal at the cabin. There is a grocery store a few miles down the road which we utilized for all our meals. Since the cabin is so far from town I suggest buying groceries. There were plenty of utensils and cookware. An ice maker, dishwasher and even coffee pot were used frequently during our stay. We did not use the hot tub however the views from the patio are lovely. I give it 4 stars simply because the drive is quite farther than we would have liked from town and some of the board games were missing pieces. There is an upstairs and downstairs which can be tricky with young children. The king bed was somewhat uncomfortable (but that is a personal preference) however we did get rest. Lois is wonderful to work with and extremely helpful with any questions. I definitely recommend this cabin."

  • Beautiful

"Comfortable, clean, and homey! Directions were accurate, but would suggest you get there in the daylight hours for your first trip up the mountain to find the condo."
