  • Nice Cabin

"This cabin was nice and we enjoyed our trip, but there were some things i wish I would have known prior to booking. This cabin does not have any scenic views, in fact the views leave a lot to be desired. It faces what must be a maintenance yard for keeping up with the roads in the area. It is also the first house you see when you turn onto the street, so street lights and cars all day/night long is what you will need to get used to. Also, if anyone has any kind of animal allergy, this may not be the place for you as it is pet friendly, and the animal dander is definitely there. The cabin is located almost right in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and you must drive everywhere you want to go. I recommend picking up your groceries, etc before getting to the cabin, or you will be doing A LOT of driving back and forth, and it seemed like Pigeon Forge always has traffic no matter the day or time. However, don't pick up too much as there is a serious lack of storage space and counter space in the cabin. The kitchen has only one small cabinet for storing food and because there is no dishwasher, the large available counter is taken up with the dish drying rack. Speaking of dishes, make sure you bring dish soap and a brush or sponge for cleaning your dishes as there was nothing available to us to clean the dishes. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely high off the ground. I am 5'4 and I struggled getting in and out of the bed, there was nothing to use as a step to help myself get in or out. My husband and I did not find the bed very comfortable, it was incredibly soft. If you like a firm mattress, this is not the bed for you. My husband ending up on the couch during our trip. The upstairs loft area is great if you have kids, my son enjoyed the games that were provided. None of the dressers or closets are available for unpacking your clothes, so get used to living out of suitcases. Had there been a little more room, storage wise, I think we would have enjoyed it much more. We were constantly having to move things around to do anything. Made me feel a little crazy after a while. I think if we were to return to the area, we would probably stay in Gatlinburg so we do not have to drive everywhere we want to go. Kim was extremely helpful the entire time from before we booked to after we left. We really appreciated her help."

  • My Birthday Weekend Getaway

"Just wanted to say that we had the best weekend ever at this cabin. It was exactly as described, nice and clean...roomy and beautiful...and the beds and couches were SOOOO comfortable. Just like being at home! The hot tub was amazing and the views from the back decks/porches were beautiful. Only thing I would have liked would be more seating on the lower deck...maybe even another swing would have been awesome! Swinging on the deck with the view was so relaxing. Randall was great to work with and the layout of the cabin was perfect. Enjoyed the game room as well! Will definelty recommend to other people and will be back to stay here in the future! Although this is a pet friendly cabin and I have 2 furbabies of my own that I didn't take this trip, the cabin was very clean and you would not have known animals have ever visited here. Thanks so much for the FANTASTIC stay at your cabin! Two thumbs up!"

  • Great value, Great location

"Too Cozy is aptly named. Lots of time Cozy means small and cramped, but this cabin is so well built and laid out, I doubt there is a better value on this type cabin in the Smokies. Great location to everything but sits far enough up the mountain to get away from any noise. Road leading up is steep in a few places but no sharp switchbacks and any vehicle made today should have no trouble making it. No complaints, cabin was perfect, everything worked. Be a shame not to try this cabin if you are a regular visitor."

  • As Advertised!

"If you like seclusion yet close enough to all of the attractions in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the National Park then this is the place for you! We took our teenage daughter and a friend of hers and not once did we hear I'm bored. The game room and entertainment system kept them occupied while my wife and I enjoyed sitting out on the deck after a day of seeing the sights. The cabin was clean and fully stocked with everything in good working order, beds were very comfortable and we had no trouble getting a good nights sleep. Internet Wi-Fi was excellent and Cell service was very good (maybe a little too good). I definitely scored Dad points for booking our vacation at Comfy and Cozy!"
