  • Our stay at Mountain Memories was relaxing.

"We, my husband and I, stayed in Mountain Memories from July 26 to July 30, 2016. Check in and check out was so easy and stress free. Directions to the cabin were easy to follow. The cabin had everything we needed while there, plenty of towels, dishes, pots, pans, silverware... everything. The bed was comfortable, and the cabin was a nice quiet place to relax after a day seeing the sites. The decks were nice and private. We greatly enjoyed the video game machine, we had a evening that we played music from the 80-90's and played games from our youth. The only thing we could have used was a small retractable clothes line to dry out swimsuits. A suggestion would be to add a grill mat to protect your deck. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us for this relaxing time to reconnect. We would definitely recommend this cabin to friends and family."

  • "Grandview" is an appropriate description of this cabin

"The mountain view from this cabin is spectacular!!. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We weren't sure whether there would be enough cooking utensils , bowls, pans, etc. We were pleasantly surprised to see just how well stocked the kitchen was--a lot more than I have at home!! Mornings on the porch with a cup of coffee and a good book were the highlight for me. Additionally, as the cabin is located at the southern end of Pigeon Forge, there is quick access to Smoky Mountain National Park."

  • Great Getaway!

"This cabin was wonderful for a weekend getaway for my husband's birthday! It was in a wonderful location, as it was in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, which made getting to both very convenient! As far as getting to the house, definitely plan to arrive during the day time! The roads up to the cabin are quite steep and getting in and out of the driveway takes a little bit of figuring it out and finding what works best. After we had driven the roads two or three times and found the best way to place our car in the steep driveway, everything was fine and easy from there! I just definitely recommend arriving during the day so that it will be easy to navigate the roads and steep driveway. The cabin itself was very nice! There's a great king bed and the bedroom and bathroom were plenty big for a weekend stay. The living room had two couches and a nice fireplace, with a tv and kitchen all in one space. It is the perfect amount of space for two people! We did not use the hot tub, but the one outside definitely isn't private, as there is a house right above this cabin. The pool table upstairs was so nice to be able to use after a long day exploring Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! I would definitely recommend this house if you're looking for a getaway!"
