  • Very nice Cabin

"This cabin is much bigger on the inside than it looks. Loved listening to the river with the screens in the windows. Only down side is we had our small dog with us and there isn't really a grassy area she could use. I would stay here again. Nicely decorated!"

  • Hidden getaway

"We stayed for a long relaxing weekend and had a great time. There's neighbors near by but you feel secluded at the same time. Easy drive to town but away from the traffic. I don't recommend driving in at night, and be sure to follow Janice' directions as Google maps will lead you past the property. I would definitely recommend for couples looking to get away. Janice was very helpful as well."

  • Stay 6/30/16-7/3/16

"The owners are very friendly and respond quickly to any request you have. Their cabin is perfectly nestled between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinberg with only minutes away once you get down the mountain (which takes about 6 minutes). Make sure you have a vehicle that can handle steep grades because the cabin rests on a steep hill. The cabin itself is very clean which is a huge plus and the decor is up to date. They are pet friendly and my fur babies had a relaxing time on the upper floor, but they were unable to go up and down the stairs to get to the bedroom on the bottom floor due to the laminate flooring being too slippery. I would have wished the bedroom to be on the main floor and a new shower curtain would be nice, but other than that the stay was very pleasant! if you are looking to get away to somewhere quiet for two, this is a good choice!!!!"

  • Comfy cabin in the woods

"We enjoyed our stay at the Alpine View cabin over the 4th of July holiday. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Very good value for the price charged. Especially enjoyed the large screened in porch in the evenings. I would recommend Alpine View to any family that is looking for a woodsy mountain retreat. No mountain views from this cabin but it is surrounded by the trees and feels very private and quite peaceful. Location is very convenient too as it is between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg so you can access both towns easily. The owners were easy to work with and responded quickly to a few pre vacation questions that we sent them. There were only three of us staying for this vacation but this cabin could easily hold a family of ten or twelve. The furniture in the sitting room and the den was comfortable. Nice large tv in the den. Cabin has a hot tub with steps on the screened in porch and also has a nice billiards room inside. We appreciated the single story design, no stairs once you get inside the cabin. Very nice retreat!"
