  • Love This Cabin!!

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely enjoyed 1820 Hiker's Lodge! Loved the location, loved the view, loved the large roomy feel and open area. Loved that parking was in a cul de sac! We made many memories here and will be back. The beds are AMAZING! Decor has been updated & is fabulous! Did not want to leave!"

  • Cozy cabin in the perfect location!

"We stayed in this cabin for 5 nights and thought it was perfect for us. The cabin is so clean and cozy and great for quality family time. It is located so close to the Pigeon Forge Parkway, Gatlinburg, and hiking trails in the National Park...approx 10 mins from each of these. Our week was such a perfect combination of relaxation at the cabin and activities in town. I disagree with one of the previous comments about the drive up the mountain, parking, and the pool table being in disrepair! The drive up is beautiful and winding, but not treacherous or scary in any way...and we're not used to driving in hilly areas at all! There is parking right in front of the cabin with plenty of room to turn our minivan around to head back down the mountain. The pool table isn't in perfect shape, but was thoroughly enjoyed by my husband and son for some good amateur pool competition every day! The highlight of the stay was being visited by a bear on the front porch while we were inside - definitely read the owner's bear tips and do's and don't's in the rental agreement carefully. Our stay at Relaxing Retreat was a wonderful experience in every way. We would highly recommend this cabin for a family looking for a getaway."
