  • Fantastic Cabin - Almost 5 Stars!

"5-STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE: Hemlock Hills Resort Rentals is by far the best management company I have dealt with in all my years of going to the Smoky Mountains. We booked this cabin the day before our arrival and were given exceptional customer service with every step--a rarity in today's culture. ALMOST 5-STAR CABIN: This cabin was nearly perfect for our family! Very well appointed and furnished cabin with all the comforts of home. The location is excellent! The reason I am hesitant to give this cabin 5-stars is because, while the hot tub and air hockey table "worked" they could both use some TLC, as well as a few key items missing in the kitchen (our family likes to cook) like measuring cups, measuring spoons, cutting board and a blender that did not work. I will add that after letting the management company know of these few inconveniences upon our departure, they assured me that they are working to remedy all of them immediately. Definitely give this cabin your consideration. We definitely would stay here again. And if we decide to try a different cabin, we will consider Hemlock Hills rentals before any others."

  • Wow, What a great place!

"Spent 9 days in this cabin hidden in the mountains between Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge and loved every moment of it. This place is tastefully done and had everything we needed or wanted. It was a joy to come back to at the end of the day. I certainly would love to go back to it in the future. The owners are a pleasure to work with also."

  • A treat for the soul.

"The cabin is very comfortable and peaceful. Exactly what we were looking for. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck chairs and picnic table. Evenings were especially quiet. The cabin is a short drive to Gatlinburg, but we never made it there. Overall, the cabin is clean, but a bit "tired". It may not be up to some people's standards. It would have been nice to have a few more cooking utensils like a pizza cutter, pizza pan, and a whisk. Oh, we found the toaster on our last day! It is in the cabinet marked "light bulbs". You'll need to know that. The Living room is dark. It needs a couple lightbulbs replaced... way up there. There is no pantry to store food, which was ok for us staying for a few nights but not for a family staying for a week. No need to bring pepper or coffee filters as there is plenty! Furniture is a bit worn and tired. A throw in the living room would cover the worn areas on the sofa and would have been useful too. A broken lamp in the living room works if you jiggle it. The pull out bed in the loft is broken. Had to use two couch cushions to hold up the mattress. Communication prior to arrival was great, and the price was right. We don't expect or need perfection and we would definitely book this wonderful cabin again. Many thanks for sharing your home with us."
