  • Perfect Condo

"This was a beautiful and clean condo with a great enclosed patio there are grills out front by the fence, the pool is perfect for the kids- not to deep but deep enough they had plenty of fun! The location is great and the chalet village market and papa johns both deliver here. Thanks Lisa for the chance to share your little piece of the mountains!"

  • All Inclusive Vacation Home

"I cannot say enough good things about this cabin. Space & Floor plan: It's huge, every room (including bathrooms) is very spacious, even the smaller rooms on the lower level are very spacious. The kitchen is the largest, most well equipped kitchen I've seen in this type of mountain cabin, and our family of 13 really used the kitchen. In fact, we only ate out one meal all week for a birthday meal. Plenty of kitchen seating too. *One suggestion - bring ziplocks and/or disposable food storage containers for your leftovers. If you don't, no worries, there is a great grocery store (Food City) nearby. Most rooms have a sofa sleeper or chair sleeper and tv, so if you need some quiet time to yourself, you can sneak off to your own little private retreat for a while and enjoy the amazing view from your bedroom. Large master bedroom on main level was great for our older parents. The theater room on the upper level was great for the teen boys and even the older guys/men had a guy's movie night. The foosball table in the basement was great for several evening tournaments. With 13 of us in the home, we never felt crowded. The views from this cabin are absolutely breathtaking! *Another suggestion: schedule some time to enjoy the view from the deck that runs along the front of the cabin. There are lots of comfortable outdoor chairs. The cabin was clean and ready for our arrival. The homeowners were very accommodating and great to work with as we planned our trip and made sure we had everything we needed after our arrival. This home is in a fabulous location with easy access to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, state parks, local shopping, etc. When looking for a vacation home in the Smoky Mountains again, or in FL, I will definitely look for one of Tom & Lucinda's homes. I would have complete confidence that our stay in any of their homes would be excellent."

  • The view is really the "million dollar view"

"The view is really the "million dollar view" and relaxing on the porch at 9:30 pm watching the fireworks from Dollywood was a wonderful PLUS. The location was great as we were not too far from either Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. We had fun the first night playing pool with our family and having a cookout. The quietness of the area was another reason why your cabin was so appealing. Thank you for allowing us to spend some wonderful family time there. It appeared that nothing much was dusted. The flat screen TV in the Den is really old, hard to see and takes too long to change channels, maybe its time for a new one. The kitchen didn't have storage space for us to load our supplies so most of our food was on the counter which as a little bit of inconvenience when we were cooking. Overall all rooms were great, beds were comfortable and plenty of bathrooms to be used by multiply people being there. We had a great time at your cabin. Would definitely come back to your Million Dollar View Cabin. Would definitely recommend site seeing outside of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge - such as Cherokee town. We were unable to go there as we had forgotten about this place. There is so much to see also outside of these two towns. Might be good if you had book of places outside of this area of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. I would recommend the place to my family and friends."

  • Perfect retreat spot

"My husband and I stayed in this cabin and had a wonderful time. Very Clean, kitchen had everything needed for preparing meals, side by side paddocks for the horses, and a peaceful pond to linger by for hours if needed. Overall a perfect spot to bring the horses too and ride out onto trails of Big South Fork. Secluded setting with wrap around porch, perfect Jacuzzi and hot tub, very secure barn lets you feel comfortable if you leave horses for a trip out and about to see beautiful scenery. No regrets renting this spot."
