  • Peaceful getaway!!!

"We had a fantastic retreat for 16 women from our church at this cabin! They were so willing to do everything possible to ensure we had everything we needed and help regarding the surrounding areas. The cabin is quite spacious and with bedrooms on 4 different levels, everyone had room to spread out and enjoy the beauty around. Everything that would possibly be needed was there and easily accessible. The cabin was incredibly clean and in order. The drive up is easy from Knoxville but you feel tucked away. It was so refreshing to sit on the porch and be surrounded by nothing but the sounds of nature. Many women were asking about the cabin details so they could come up again!"

  • Secluded location with amazing scenery, even in December.

"My family booked this lake home for a holiday get away with 9 adults and 4 small kids. While the entertainment options are a little limited in December, the house was comfortable and roomy. We were still able to get outside and enjoy the views of the lake and do a little walking. The decor is beautiful and peaceful with some very nice updates. The kids loved the bunk room and having their own space. The owners were responsive and helpful. If you can stomach the twists and turns on the country roads to get to this house, it's definitely worth the trip."

  • Great Lake Property with Everything you Need for a Single Family

"We really enjoyed staying at this lake house on Norris. Very comfortable with plenty of space for a single family.. Nicely decorated and very convenient layout. Great lake facing porch that is shaded and cooled by the trees. Reasonable slope to a covered dock, that's in a cove, but still has quick access to the lake channel. Didn't use the fire pit b/c it was too warm, but a nice setup with benches midway down the hill. Easy to unload and load up as you can literally pull right up to the front door. Other niceties: wifi, porch chairs, air mattress, plenty of bed linens/blankets, corn hole boards, wrap around porch with picnic table and several different doors/room access points so you don't feel on top of each other, grill right outside the kitchen, separate & nice dining room, 2 full baths. We will definitely come back."

  • Wonderful place for family vacation

"Southern Comfort II was perfect, especially for a large extended family grouping aged 2 to 57. The home was designed perfectly with large, open area on main floor — kitchen, dining and living area, then living and recreation areas on 2nd and bottom floor. The three porches were perfect for us to be outside anytime and enjoy the scenery, playing cards, having coffee, etc. The cove was perfect for paddle boarding and kayaking and the dock had room for our rented boat and jet skis. Everyone had a wonderful, memorable vacation. I strongly recommend this home!"
