"Great cabin and location.Just like Dwayne said "no mountain road." Close to everything but you feel secluded. Will definitely be returning. Thank you for your hospitality."

  • Pure Pigeon Forge Perfection!

"My family of 6 with 4 kids (19, 14, 12, and 7) stayed over Labor Day holiday weekend and LOVED every minute of it. We have stayed in cabins on previous trips that were nice, but way overpriced, and we all agreed that this condo was better than all the cabins combined. Beautifully decorated, absolutely everything that you could possibly need, and location was right in the middle of everything without having to go up and down mountains to get there. Even with the condos packed, ours stayed nice and quiet, and we were never bothered by anyone. The only thing that I could even possibly complain about is the walk to the pool area is quite a ways away from the condo we stayed in, but the kids didn't mind, so really no complaint there either other than I couldn't check on them as much as I'd have liked when trying to prepare meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip, and relaxing and playing board games, and enjoying each other's company in the condo was a big part of that. That's hard to get when you have a huge cabin with different floors and everyone always spread out doing different things. I would highly recommend this for a family of 6 or less, and hope to return next summer for a full week."

  • One of the best family vacations!

"We had the best time at the cabin. It was well appointed and very spacious for our large group of 10 adults. We enjoyed the view off the top deck each morning, the meals around the large table, and the late night games of pool. The hot tub was very welcoming, especially after an eight hour hike in the Smokies. It was conveniently located only minutes from the main road and Wal-Mart. The TV input had been changed and we couldn't figure out how to correct the problem, but the owner was quick to respond when called. I would have to say the signage was a little lacking and we did experience a little difficulty the first day we arrived, as the drive appeared to be private with only one cabin at the top. But, overall it was FABULOUS and we would definitely return!"

  • Amazing cabin in the Smoky Mountains

"Wow. If you're looking for a quiet, private, reasonably priced vacation cabin with mountain views and a kind, attentive owner...you just found it! We met up with all of my in laws this weekend for my niece's birthday. 6 adults and a 3 year old for 4 nights. I'm writing this as we are driving home, and I'll tell you right now, we had a blast. This cabin is a very nice size. Each of the 3 bedrooms is ensuite with a king size bed, HD tv, whirlpool garden tub, and deck access. The upper deck is on the main level with the kitchen, living room, and 1 bedroom; it has the gas grill, a glider, and a few chairs. The lower deck is downstairs on the floor with the other 2 bedrooms, the HE laundry, the pool table, and futon; it has the Hot Tub. The kitchen is a U shaped open concept kitchen with a bar, and electric glass top range. With such counter space, we still had room even after I brought my bread maker and stand mixer. There is a drip coffee maker provided; bring filters. The dining table comes set for 8. And next to the table there's space to set up another one if needed. Also, all 3 bedrooms have room to set up whatever you need for the kiddos. The closets are roomy too, so bring hangers if that's your thing. The living room has a vaulted ceiling, an east facing wall of windows, a fireplace with HD tv above, 2 full couches and 2 arm chairs. We recommend downloading the maps for this area before you get here. Cub House is at the Very top of the mountain. You may go through some data drops en route. On Sprint, once we got up to the house we were on LTE. The cabin also has very decent wifi. Our Roku and had no problems streaming Netflix. Every tv has a few HDMI ports for anyone wanting to bring electronics. On privacy, there is a cabin next door to the west. We heard nothing from them, 2 small windows face them, and on the decks it takes looking on purpose to see over there. Otherwise, it's just you and the mountains. And they truly are beautiful. If you've read any other review you've read the praises of Peggy. It needs to be said again. This woman is awesome. Her response time is excellent, she txts, she cares, and she's just plain nice. The place was in Great condition and very clean when arrived. As we left we met the person responsible. The cleaning lady was super sweet and very understanding. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone. And would eagerly look into any of Peggy's properties next time we vacation in the area!"
