Vacation rentals near Linebergers Plaza Observation Deck

The condo is absolutely beautiful. The only negative was that the elevator from the property to the street downtown was not working, and apparently is not going to be fixed according to someone who resides there.It is a very steep incline up to the property. We chose this property due to its proximity to downtown, however the non functioning elevator to street level was a safety issue for our party.As as older adults, we chose to drive up & down & then pay for parking each time we left the property. If the elevator was functional, we would have left our vehicle on the premises & walked downtowm verses paying for parking.

The condo is very well appointed and decorated. It was clean, immaculate. Great location. Very easy check-in process. The only negative - the elevator that takes you down to Calhoun’s plaza is broken so the only way down to the Parkway is up/down the steep driveway to the condos. Others at the condo said it had been broken for a while with no plans to repair. It wasn’t necessarily a negative for us but if you have someone in your party with mobility issues it would be a challenge. It’s also an issue if there is icy weather. Overall, we had a great stay!

Love the location of this property’s I have stayed at this condo location for three years now and booked the same condo for next April. Location is perfect for the convention center.

Stayed here for spring break with our 3 kids. This place was clean and great location to town. The condo had the comforts of home. You open draws and it has zip lock bags, Laundry detergent, shampoo and soap. All the little items you don’t want to carry with you on vacation. I would highly recommend staying here! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We loved staying at Butlers condo. The condo building was very quiet up and away from the Main Street. Condo was exactly as described and had everything we needed. We really liked that it was on the quieter end of Gatlinburg and that we walked to breakfast/dinner every day before/after our Smokey Mountain adventures. Owners were very responsive and had great restaurant recommendations for places within a block from the condo. Great trip!

I want to thank Cathy and her husband for helping and answering all questions we had while staying here. They were a great help. The condo was beautiful, very very clean, had everything you could ever need in a rental and very short walking distance to the main strip. We will be renting this property again.

I can not say enough good things about this property. This was the cleanest place we have ever stayed...not a speck of dirt or dust! It had the most comfortable firm beds. And the location is perfect to walk to the main strip. We can't wait to stay here again!
