  • Amazing architecture and outstanding hosts!

"I stayed at Thistletop Inn for several days and Fred and Mary Jane were outstanding hosts. This is a beautiful, high end bed and breakfast with additional accommodations in a cottage and a studio. The architecture is amazing reclaimed beams, wood and multiple historic elements. There is a spiral staircase from the London underground, doors from Paris and numerous other gems. This is a feast for the eye and beautifully decorated. Fred and Mary Jane were friendly, helpful and gracious hosts and it made for a very memorable stay. I would highly recommend Thistletop Inn if you are looking for unique place to stay."

  • Breathtaking view of the lake

"Spent a weekend at Hilltop Haven with my family. We have been coming to this house for the past six years. My kids have so many memories in this house. Love all the new renovations especially the new beds. They are so comfortable! My favorite thing is the hammock and watching the sunset over the lake. We love to grill out and sit in the rocking chair on the deck. We can not wait to come back this fall when the leaves are changing!"

  • Perfect Place for a Girls' Weekend Getaway

"We arrived to a very quiet, comfortable home. Since this was our first homeaway rental, we did not know what to expect. The home was located in a quiet subdivision, away from the rowdiness of downtown Nashville. The front of the townhouse has a porch swing, which was great to enjoy your morning coffee as the sun was rising. The interior décor was lovely, the beds cozy and it had all the comforts of home. We loved the fact that we had the common areas available, unlike the multiple hotel rooms that we would have needed to accommodate our group. Also, traveling with 4 working moms, it was great to have a place with 2.5 baths. There is an private rear patio area, enclosed with large flower bushes with an umbrella table and chairs if you just want to be outside. The sheets and towels were nice and there is a washer/dryer if you need it (we didn't use it, though). The check out instructions were simple, reasonable and easy to follow (strip the beds, load linens into washer, take out trash, clean and put away all used dishes - fair enough!).. It was great that, after a long night out, you could come home to peace and quiet. We used both taxi service and Uber to go into downtown and were able to call for them with no problem (both were about the same in price). Jeannie was WONDERFUL to deal with, payment was easy and the security returned quickly. The next time that we come back to Nashville, I will reach out to her first as we really LOVED this place. Thanks so much for a great stay."

  • Relaxation

"This was such a beautiful secluded property with great hosts that made us feel welcome. We could visit the city of Nashville then come back to a little piece of Tennessee country . The cabin was awesome with every detail and amenity covered. Relaxing and serene. Nate & Ronda are the best!"
