  • GREAT place!

"As many have mentioned, the location was fabulous. The condo was clean and really cute. I have stayed at many Nashville hotels and it was really great having a kitchen and comfortable bed. The rental process, payment and entry was very simple. The electronic key pad on the condo door didn't work but Andy was able to remote us in with no issue as soon as I called him. Ladies, the mirror and lighting situation is a bit tough. But we made due just fine. Definitely not a deal breaker. We had a great time!"

  • Best Vacation Ever

"We arrived around 10:30 Friday night so we didn't get to see much of the view until the next morning after a 11 hour drive from Maryland. Waking up to the view of the water and the sounds of birds was nice. The condo is amazing and like others said the pictures do not do it justice. My mom had the master bedroom and I had the other bedroom and the beds were so comfortable. it was nice some mornings watching the boats go by and near sundown the sunsets were gorgeous especially with some barges going by. The condo was stocked with everything you would need as far as linens, pots/pans and bath towels. My mom was very impressed with how clean the inside of the condo was and how great the fridge was in keeping her waters and cokes extra cold haha. The condo was centrally located since we had plans for downtown Nashville, the grand ole opry and also traveling to eat at Loveless café. The condo is approx. 15 mins to all just in different directions. There is so much to do in Nashville and can not wait to come back again and stay, a week was not long enough lol. The neighbors that we ran into were very nice and friendly. Cynda did a wonderful job and was so quick to get back to me especially when the one morning the fire alarms batteries were going dead as she told me where the batteries were and all alarms were changed :) Totally made me feel at home as my mom has me change ours also haha. Cynda thank you for being a great hostess and I was honestly glad your other location was booked as this one had such a better view. I am hoping to make this now a yearly visit and the 11 hour drive was definitely worth it :)"

  • This is a wonderful retreat location

"15 family members and I were attending a wedding at nearby Evins Mill and needed a place where we could all be together for the extended weekend. This converted mill house was the perfect place to hold and entertain a group of relatives ages 14 to 86 and, with four showers with plenty of hot water, a huge kitchen and pantry, multiple dining areas (one was used exclusively for puzzles), a campfire, large outdoor cooking area, and trails and caves to explore, no one wanted to leave."

  • Great Place

"Great location, very clean, pictures do not do this house Justice, downstairs was a great place to hang out. plenty of room for everyone, was able to drop a line in the water as well. Was very nice to be right next to Opry Mills and the Grand ole Opry and downtown was easy to get to from here as well. Would definatley recommend this place to anyone headed to Nashville with the family."
