  • Beautiful Historic Home

"We rented the Hidden Gem the weekend our daughter was married in Galveston. The house is amazing and filled with beautiful antiques. With four bedrooms, we had plenty of room for our family and the bridesmaids. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, etc. Great place to chill after the wedding! The owners have thought of everything, and Sylvia was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend the Hidden Gem."

  • Adorable tree cottage was worth the trip!

"This Tree House Cottage is the most adorable place I have ever stayed at. I took my daughter, 3 grand children ages 4, 6, and 8. Also, brought my Chihuahua and Border Collie. The house was perfect for all of us. The Cottage had everything available from games, movies, books, sand toys for the beach, and even pet bowls, and even a fenced in yard for our pets. We felt right at home. The house was clean and comfy! We also were able to wash our clothes in the updated washer and dryer before returning back to Broken Arrow. A nice television with Roku supplied us with awesome movies. We also saved a lot of money by grocery shopping at the local Walmart and cooking our meals in the updated oven. The Cottage was fully equipped with dishes, towels, blankets, sheets, and even pillows. The Jaquizi and walk in shower were amazing! We also enjoyed the quick walks to the beach. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. We loved the amazing LARGE deck for entertaining relatives and we had the choice to grill outside if we wanted. Our SUV was safe in the two car garage that could only have entry through entering a code. We have every intention of reserving this Tree House Cottage again next year. Thank you so much Irma for your quick responses to any of my questions. I look forward to my next visit to Galveston."

  • Perfect House for two couples or girlfriends getaway

"We loved this neat and tidy home in a quiet neighborhood! In short - a great rental at a great price - perfect for two couples! Thanks! WiFi, TVs, Cable, and DVD players all worked. Lots of pots and pans, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Plenty of toiletries and paper products were provided too, so we didn't have to bring those. There was also a hairdryer and full sized washer and dryer. No dishwasher and no garbage disposal, though, which could be a consideration if you're planning to cook a lot. We went out for the great local seafood, so not a problem for us. This is a great rental for people who don't mind a short walk. The Seawall is really close, and several good restaurants within a half mile. We liked Miller's Seaside grill for lunch or dinner. (huge portions, great crab dishes) We enjoyed the Sunflower Bakery for breakfast. (Mimosas and Oysters Benedict) The sleeping setup is - two bedrooms, both upstairs - one king and one queen. They share a hall bathroom. The stairs might not be great for little kids or anyone with difficulty climbing, but they were fine for us. There is a second bath downstairs, which was nice because you don't want to go up and down the stairs all the time! There is not a huge amount of outdoor space, but we enjoyed sitting on the front porch. We could feel the sea breeze and met a couple of the neighbors - very nice folks. We would happily stay here again."

  • Very convenient , an adorable cottage, quite roomy!

"We stayed in the two bedroom apartment in an adorable blue bungalow (Bishop's Bungalow) right across from the historical Bishop's Palace and Sacred heart Church on Broadway. Everything was clean, the house was nice and cozy, the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The only drawback from being on a busy main street was the occasional traffic noise at night. I am glad though that we stayed there. Our other relatives stayed in hotels for two nights and did not have the privacy nor room that we did. And it is close to just about everything!"
