  • Beautiful Historic Home

"We rented the Hidden Gem the weekend our daughter was married in Galveston. The house is amazing and filled with beautiful antiques. With four bedrooms, we had plenty of room for our family and the bridesmaids. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, etc. Great place to chill after the wedding! The owners have thought of everything, and Sylvia was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend the Hidden Gem."

  • The pelican cove our first visit to galveston

"Just as advertised. Small cottage with small living and kitchen area and 3 good sized bedrooms. Parking enough for our 2cars barely. Fenced yard tiny with 2 sitting areas. Crossing busy street to beach a little scary with a child but 2 blocks easy walk. Good location to historic areas and pier. Clothesline and working washer would have been helpful. All in all house itself is nice but neighborhood has a lot of foot traffic next door all hours and some poorly maintained homes. I hope this improves for owners sake since he obviously cares for his property. We were very comfortable at The Pelican Cove and beach area was nice!"

  • For ppl who like to chill relax & let go for a few days

"Thoroughly cherished my time @ casa Galveston. So many amenities from the loft beds upstairs to the outdoor shower to beach proximity & what an awesome balcony for yoga hammocks ppl & sky watching. The only thing better than the home are the hosts. Aren't enough words or time to delineate their attributes & generosity & eclecticism here."

  • Beautiful Cottage

"Ron met us at the cottage and gave us a personal walk through. The cottage is an 1875 cottage with just the right mix of period charm and modern conveniences. We absolutely loved our stay. We had everything we needed ... and then some. Our two Shih Tzus loved the back deck and yard, and it was very secure for them. The kitchen was phenomenal. We cooked breakfast and dinner both days and had everything we could possibly ask for as far a dishes, pots and pans, was stocked like my own kitchen at home...a full shelf of spices included! The cottage is about 5 blocks from the Seawall ---a perfect walk distance for our dogs, and about a block and a half from Broadway - the main street running through town. We will definitely be back next time we are in Galveston!"
