  • Ideal Location for a Large Group

"Walk to beach, pleasure pier, restaurants. In the historic housing area. Close to the Strand. Large front porch always picks up a breeze. Rudy great to work with."

  • Very convenient , an adorable cottage, quite roomy!

"We stayed in the two bedroom apartment in an adorable blue bungalow (Bishop's Bungalow) right across from the historical Bishop's Palace and Sacred heart Church on Broadway. Everything was clean, the house was nice and cozy, the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The only drawback from being on a busy main street was the occasional traffic noise at night. I am glad though that we stayed there. Our other relatives stayed in hotels for two nights and did not have the privacy nor room that we did. And it is close to just about everything!"

  • Great little place!!!!

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage on 14th Street. It is in a great location and the owners have thought of everything that you would need for a stay. We would definitely stay there again as it is a beautiful little cottage. We had four adults, a teenager, and a little one and felt comfortable with plenty of room to sleep and relax after a long day in the sun. Having a grill was great as well as a washer and dryer. Thanks for sharing your house with us!!!"

  • Perfect House for two couples or girlfriends getaway

"We loved this neat and tidy home in a quiet neighborhood! In short - a great rental at a great price - perfect for two couples! Thanks! WiFi, TVs, Cable, and DVD players all worked. Lots of pots and pans, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Plenty of toiletries and paper products were provided too, so we didn't have to bring those. There was also a hairdryer and full sized washer and dryer. No dishwasher and no garbage disposal, though, which could be a consideration if you're planning to cook a lot. We went out for the great local seafood, so not a problem for us. This is a great rental for people who don't mind a short walk. The Seawall is really close, and several good restaurants within a half mile. We liked Miller's Seaside grill for lunch or dinner. (huge portions, great crab dishes) We enjoyed the Sunflower Bakery for breakfast. (Mimosas and Oysters Benedict) The sleeping setup is - two bedrooms, both upstairs - one king and one queen. They share a hall bathroom. The stairs might not be great for little kids or anyone with difficulty climbing, but they were fine for us. There is a second bath downstairs, which was nice because you don't want to go up and down the stairs all the time! There is not a huge amount of outdoor space, but we enjoyed sitting on the front porch. We could feel the sea breeze and met a couple of the neighbors - very nice folks. We would happily stay here again."
