  • Awesome

"This was our third stay at this property. The location is great, walking distance to the strand and only a few minutes to most other attractions. The house is great and there is plenty of space. Sue is always a pleasure to work with. We would absolutely recommend this property!"

  • Cute Cottage, Great Host, Absolutely Perfect

"We absolutely loved our stay at the 14th street Cottage. The Cottage is cute, clean and the perfect size for a romantic getaway or even a little family gathering. I loved sitting on the front porch in the morning drinking my tea, watching the American flag in the wind and listening to the Gulf. It was perfect! Ron met us at the house and was extremely helpful, even finding someone that could guy groceries for us since we were on motorcycles and had no way to carry them. We would stay in this house next year, but due to need a bigger house, Ron was able to recommend a different house for us, which we did end up renting."

  • Perfect House for two couples or girlfriends getaway

"We loved this neat and tidy home in a quiet neighborhood! In short - a great rental at a great price - perfect for two couples! Thanks! WiFi, TVs, Cable, and DVD players all worked. Lots of pots and pans, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Plenty of toiletries and paper products were provided too, so we didn't have to bring those. There was also a hairdryer and full sized washer and dryer. No dishwasher and no garbage disposal, though, which could be a consideration if you're planning to cook a lot. We went out for the great local seafood, so not a problem for us. This is a great rental for people who don't mind a short walk. The Seawall is really close, and several good restaurants within a half mile. We liked Miller's Seaside grill for lunch or dinner. (huge portions, great crab dishes) We enjoyed the Sunflower Bakery for breakfast. (Mimosas and Oysters Benedict) The sleeping setup is - two bedrooms, both upstairs - one king and one queen. They share a hall bathroom. The stairs might not be great for little kids or anyone with difficulty climbing, but they were fine for us. There is a second bath downstairs, which was nice because you don't want to go up and down the stairs all the time! There is not a huge amount of outdoor space, but we enjoyed sitting on the front porch. We could feel the sea breeze and met a couple of the neighbors - very nice folks. We would happily stay here again."
