  • Charming and relaxing. Great for the family or the fisherman

"From arrival to departure it feels like home away from home. Central location is great for using the shuttles to get around or walking to the wharf for dinner. Tree covered parking sure beats the Texas heat."

  • A Piece of Paradise!!!

"Great location... great space... great floor plan... great amenities... an absolute perfect stay!!! Specifics - first floor end unit, very quiet and private, huge master bedroom, huge bunkroom, nice size third bedroom, beautiful kitchen and bar, large living/dining room, private patio facing the beach off the master, private patio facing the pool off the bunkroom and 3rd bedroom, private patio and picnic area facing the beach off the living/dining room, TV and Blu-ray player in every bedroom, easy and quick walk to the beach via a boardwalk that is only for guests of the condo complex, 20 minute drive to all the hot spots in Corpus Christi, 10 minute drive to Port Aransas. The bunkroom, third bedroom, and second bathroom have a door separating them from the rest of the condo, which creates a nice private area for the kids and/or a second family. Perfect for a single family that wants to spread out or two families that want to share a vacation! It's a great value, no matter the circumstances!"

  • Perfect little getaway - will stay again!

"My husband, daughter, daughter's friend and myself went to 130 Seamist this past week for a Spring Break getaway. It was better than what I expected. The pictures do not do it service. The condo has been newly remodeled and we had pretty much everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The condo was clean and organized. There were a couple of little quirks. The drain in the shower drains very slowly. The lights in the master bedroom stay on when the fan is on. So, if you want to have the fan on while you are sleeping, you will need to loosen the light bulbs in the fixture. The TV in the living room needs to manually be turned on/off - the remote needs to be reprogrammed. None of these things affected our stay or made it any less than. It was just little things I noticed. One of the major perks is it had a washer and dryer that worked very well. This made our stay very comfortable. The condo is within walking distance of the beach (you can sit on the porch and hear the waves, but another house is blocking the view, but is very pretty to look at). You are a stone's throw away from anything you need on the island, to include a grocery store. The pool area is phenomenal and it seems like a little private island. You can look at it from the balcony. At night it is very pretty when all lit up. Bring bug spray though! The first night we had a crawfish boil outside in the yard by the pool and we were all eaten up by mosquitoes. Never in my life have I been bitten that bad. This property is very quiet, which we loved. It was very calm and serene, even though we were there during Spring Break. The bedroom was great for my husband and I, and the girls slept on the futon. There was extra bedding for the futon provided, to include 2 pillows. Overall, it is a great place to stay and definitely worth the price!"

  • Great family getaway!

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great experience. The house was very clean, maintained, and roomy for our group of 11 plus a pet. We had pretty much everything we needed utensil wise. The rental office staff were very helpful, especially when we arrived past 6 pm and couldn't pull up the office location on my probably outdated gps. They waited for me. The only "negatives" we're that the trash can already had trash in it and there is only one. For a house that rents to large groups 2 might be more helpful. Also there was brush in front of the house the entire week. There are no direct neighbors to each side which was nice. But there is a house being constructed on the next lot over so had a little noise but not a lot. There are houses behind but still felt private. Pretty sure our dog could smell the ocean from the back yard the way he was sniffing the air. Did report a problem with ants, in and out of house, when we left, including inside a light switch in kitchen. Master bedroom did not seem as cool as rest of house but we were okay. Love Port A and would def rent the house again if we return with a large group. Beach access road is not far as well."
