  • Perfect location right on the beach!

"This house is nice and the perfect location right on beach. You can set up on the beach for the day and leave your stuff with no issues, going back and forth to the house as needed. That was 5 stars for us - so convenient. We left our canopy up the entire weekend, only bringing our chairs and personal items up each night. Another perfect thought when they built the house was to put a water faucet and hose on the top front porch so you can rinse & dry off before going in the house to get the sand off of you. That was great. They also have a faucet and hose downstairs under the house which is great. The house was pretty equipped with what you need and had plenty of towels. It has a washer & dryer so you can do laundry if needed. Note - the washer is a little loud so try not to wash if someone is sleeping. We had brought our own toiletries, toilet paper and garbage bags, but they did have some small bottles of 'hotel style' toiletries in each bathroom and they had plenty of toilet paper and garbage bags for kitchen. They even had liquid soap in bathrooms and kitchen in case you don't bring. They had washing powder as well which was nice. The house has a great view and perfectly situated on beach, in a great little neighborhood. Ver quiet and you can hear the waves at night. Nice house. We would definitely go back. Really enjoyed our Labor Day weekend stay."

  • great weekend

"Very nice unit within an acceptable complex. This unit was on fifth floor which is top level. Great view of the ocean and beach and pool below. Balcony is very pleasant to sit upon but not really wide enough for Alfresco dining. Finishes of this unit are quite high level, nice ceramic floors, good quality furniture, modern flat screen TVs. Appliances and Wi-Fi all modern and work well. Ice cube trays were put away underneath counter so there was no ice available for the first day. There is no ice bucket so we had to make do with a tupperware pot. Pool and hot tub are pretty good, no problems, but show a little wear and their age. Condo complex is ok, but no big deal. Very good beach access. Also volleyball net in the sand (bring your own vball). The condo complex only permits 1 parking space per unit. This was sort of a problem, as we had a 3 bedroom condo with 8 people. 1 car space is not reasonable, other cars need to park on the street. The owner Janet replied quickly to emails. Rental management is locally performed by Service 24, I saw some bad reviews about them, but we had no problems. They are tight on toilet paper, paper towels, dishwash soap, etc. Bring everything yourself. Beach chairs and sand toys in the closet are a nice touch."

  • Perfect House for two couples or girlfriends getaway

"We loved this neat and tidy home in a quiet neighborhood! In short - a great rental at a great price - perfect for two couples! Thanks! WiFi, TVs, Cable, and DVD players all worked. Lots of pots and pans, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Plenty of toiletries and paper products were provided too, so we didn't have to bring those. There was also a hairdryer and full sized washer and dryer. No dishwasher and no garbage disposal, though, which could be a consideration if you're planning to cook a lot. We went out for the great local seafood, so not a problem for us. This is a great rental for people who don't mind a short walk. The Seawall is really close, and several good restaurants within a half mile. We liked Miller's Seaside grill for lunch or dinner. (huge portions, great crab dishes) We enjoyed the Sunflower Bakery for breakfast. (Mimosas and Oysters Benedict) The sleeping setup is - two bedrooms, both upstairs - one king and one queen. They share a hall bathroom. The stairs might not be great for little kids or anyone with difficulty climbing, but they were fine for us. There is a second bath downstairs, which was nice because you don't want to go up and down the stairs all the time! There is not a huge amount of outdoor space, but we enjoyed sitting on the front porch. We could feel the sea breeze and met a couple of the neighbors - very nice folks. We would happily stay here again."
