  • Owner easy to work with

"In booking property, owner was great to work with. We were coming into town at the last minute. He was very flexible on last minute booking deals. Would definitely consider renting with owner again!"

  • Clean & comfortable & quiet

"Two of us stayed 4 nights at this newly remodeled house. It is very comfortable for 2 people; if 4 people, they need to be very compatible or go outside if you need more space. The neighborhood was quiet, especially because the closest neighbor was not there nor was anyone at the house across the canal. The canal and the channel through Salt Lake is shallow and challenging. Copano Bay has lots of shell reefs so be prepared with appropriate charts; there are no channel markers for navigation. Experienced fishing people will enjoy the location. The house is nice with ALL the supplies and amenities needed for our visit. Not sure how long it will stay nice as it was remodeled with the cheapest materials. The vinyl covering the kitchen cabinets is already peeling off in high use places. When you walk across the floor the house moves and hold on when the washing machine spins! The WiFi works well. Bring your favorite lawn chairs. There are plenty of plastic Adirondack style chairs but they are very low & lean way back! Not comfortable and some people would not be able to get up out of them. Google Maps was a BIG help to get to and from Fulton & Rockport and points beyond from the house. There are several turns involved. We went to Pt. Aransas one day and visited Farley Boat Works and the Pt. Aransas Historical Museum - very interesting! The Texas Maritime Museum in Rockport is also well worth a visit. The Oyster House on Fulton Beach Road has good, inexpensive food. Saturday night dinner at Latitude 28 in Rockport was very good. "Little Paradise" is a great place to stay: away from the traffic & tourists but only 10 - 15 minutes to activities in Fulton & Rockport."

  • Great for family vacation

"I had my son's first birthday here with 7 adults it was a great house with plenty of things to keep everyone busy from fishing to swimming, bbqing and cooking and watching the football games. This house is so beautiful and I got so many compliments on picking such a great house. Josie was great checking in and offering insight on things in this area. Only drawback was the cuting board I found was so small but still got the job done (as you can see it didn't change my rating). The location was perfect nothing was too far away. The house kept very cool which was great contrast to the heat outside. It smelled great and there was plenty of towels even more then needed. Overall I would definitely recommend this house and stay again!"
