  • Super cute and wonderful views!!

"This cottage has a wonderful water view, the dock is great and just steps out the door. Bed was really comfortable and the weather was stunning."

  • Great vacation!!!

"My boyfriend and I stayed here from June 27 - July 3rd. It was a very clean and nice place. The kitchen is adequate for cooking and it has a full sized refrigerator which was handy. The deck was great for sitting out in the evenings with neighbors we met while there. The party lights are a nice touch. There are many restaurants and bars near by. We tried out the fishing dock which is very close by also. It was a great and relaxing vacation. Rockport is a great and peaceful little town. There are many shops that we went into in the arts district. And made a couple of purchases to add to our beach decor. The Arts Festival was on the weekend of the 2nd and 3rd of July. We saw alot of great things there also. We went to Corpus on Wednesday to watch the sailboat races. We spent one day at Padre Island National Seashore. The beach there was extremely clean and uncrowded. I highly recommend the salt water pool at the Rockport beach. This is a great place to stay!!!"

  • Perfect Stay

"Our family stayed at this home and all of us found it to be extremely enjoyable. The house is situated so that the views of the water and area are fantastic. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the views and fishing but the inside of the house was very, very nice too. We rented kayaks for our kids and they loved it. We cooked several meals at the home but Rockport also has a great variety of really good restaurants that we enjoyed. We also enjoyed working with Paula to rent this home and are looking forward to our next trip here."

  • Lots of Space to Spread Out

"We really enjoyed our recent weekend at this property. We had two families -- 4 adults and 5 kids ages 4-17. The master bedroom is on the main floor, but all other bedrooms are on the bottom floor, so those of us with younger kids ended up sleeping on the bottom floor to avoid kids needing to climb the dark stairs in the middle of the night. There were plenty of beds to go around, with different amounts of privacy as desired. The younger kids are highly distractible but between the excitement of the trip, the outside play, and the great sound proofing of the house, they were not kept up while older kids were still awake despite being in the one room without a solid door. We took advantage of most every amenity this house had. Great fishing two mornings in a row, a grille to make hamburgers, an outside picnic table and inside dining table, a foosball table in the game room, two bathrooms (though we did miss there was no way to plug the drain and take a bath in the tub upstairs), a wide range of TV channels, and free wifi to play Quiplash together on our devices. Lest you think we snuggled up together in the house, we also went swimming at nearby beaches twice and drove the hour away to Corpus Christi to catch some waves, try catching sharks, and shop. My only recommendation is to bring a bag of ice in with you as you come. There's plenty of place to store it in the freezer."
