"This condo was everything we could have imagined and more. It had a beautiful beach balcony, well lit, spacious bedrooms, clean and updated kitchen and bathroom, close location to the beach, nice pool, and well maintained common area with nice maintenance staff. I also love the fact that it is a gated entrance, well hidden from the main road so that you can leave your "beach stuff" that you don't need in your truck bed without worrying about it.
The condo also was well furnished with beach chairs, boogie boards, toys for kids, and sturdy beach umbrella. The A/C blew cold and all the appliances worked well. Between the spacious master king size bed, guest room queen, third bedroom twin beds, and the unadvertised bonus sleeper sofa in the living room, this place had plenty of sleeping space.
The only small con was the fact that the master bedroom adjoins the living room and is separated by a sliding lourved closet doors, which we had to battle all weekend to keep on its track. And it is quite thin so if you get somebody who wakes up early and you are in the master trying to sleep in, it is not possible.
But luckily for us, we all woke up at the same time, so it really was not a big deal. It can also be solved by bringing a pair of ear plugs. Believe me when I say that all the nice qualities of the condo far outweigh the few drawbacks.
And lastly, the internet worked nicely for me, but my family with Iphones said they had trouble connecting. Might be a compatibility issue."
