Sunchase IV vacation rentals

The view to the ocean was spectacular and a 2nd view from the down stairs bed room to the bay area and the padre blvd was amazing as well. The ameneties were great just abit of a walk to the beach access but no problem at all since the whole properties is gorgeous. Very friendly frontbdesk, no issue with their staff. Security Sean was very helpful and friendly. Of anything i would have wanted to have the surprise of the room all too our selves instead of her walking all the way in and trying to show us every room and balconies like to was the host. Im pretty sure we could have stopped her the door but i didnt want to seem rude since she was the first to walk in. Evrything else is great! I would rebook again 10/10

This place has everything you expect. Clean, quiet, views, and location.What sets this place apart are the hosts. They go out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of.

The propert was beautiful but needs some updates the twin sized beds are very old and we had to fix chair in the kitchen bc when we sat down to eat screws fell out. I did have a screw driver and we got them fixed just wanted to let you know that the previous guest did leave them like tahta

Took my son, niece and nephew for a quick weekend getaway. We absolutely loved this property! So convenient. So clean? and so charming! minutes' walk to the beach. so many unexpected amenities. will come back again for sure.

The property was exactly as listed. We loved our stay. Very clean, close to everything, the late check in was super easy, and check out was even easier. This is definitely a place I would stay again!

Overall great property some things where broke or needed fixing but not to where it spoils the mood, had a great view of beach and ocean.

The view was wondeful! Family got to relax and enjoy the view, beach, and pool.
