    "Our second visit, very satisfied once again. Thank you, Terry, for the prompt response to my request within minutes. We noticed the upgrades to your condo, we especially liked the master shower. It always feels like home, thank you!!! No complaints, wish we could've stayed longer. The staff is always so welcoming and very helpful!! 💕"

  • Great condo, very nice owner

    "Joe was very nice when we spoke on the phone before our rental. He was able to tell us about the condo unit, the neighborhood, and give suggestions for things to do and see in South Padre. The unit was very nice with a large balcony that looks right over the ocean. We loved sitting out there and watching the sunrise and sunset--although we were disappointed none of the windows opened to let the breeze in. The kitchen was nice and semi-stocked with needed utensils and dishes. There were NO condiments or spices (salt or pepper) though, so you will need to bring everything if you intend to cook. The bedrooms were clean and spacious, and it was nice to have 2 separate bathrooms. My major criticism of the whole experience is that the linens in the condo (probably provided by the management company) are terrible quality. The sheets are thin and flimsy, barely covering the mattress. The towels were small and scratchy, like sandpaper. A little attention on the linens in the unit could make the whole experience much more luxurious. Instead, it felt like a cheap motel's linens. The management company was very rigid in their service. For example, towel exchange is only from 9-11am on the first floor (meaning you have to walk your towels down there and trade them out), and if you arrive at 11:05, don't expect to get any fresh towels--they were so strict! Overall, Joe was very nice and his condo is pretty. I might consider staying again, but I would bring my own towels, possibly even sheets."

  • SUMMER FUN

    "I DID RETURN AS I SAID I WOULD LAST YEAR. WE HAD EVEN MORE FUN THIS TIME AND AS WE EXPECTED THE CONDO WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE, EVERYTHING WORKS AND THE OWNER IS CONCERNED AND AVAILABLE IF NEEDED. WE ARE ALREADY BOOKING THIS SAME CONDO FOR NEXT SUMMER. WDH"
