  • Extended Family Vacation - Total success!!

"This was out second stay at Sea Vista and it won't be out last. In November we stayed at Sea Vista 1 in Unit 409 and had a LOVELY time! We can highly recommend this unit for an extended family vacation. There were 6 adults and we all stayed very comfortably. The beds were comfy and the sheets were very nice! We cooked several meals in the very clean, well equipped kitchen and the ONLY thing we could have used was another skillet. Bathrooms were large and showers had plenty of hot water and pressure. Loved the location....as close to the beach as you can get on SPI! We stayed in mid-November, so the pool was a little chilly, but the hot tub was wonderful!! While we were in the area we dined at Sea Ranch, only about half a mile from the condo. Outstanding seafood with world class service. There were ten of us at dinner (including 2 children) and Oscar took very good care of everyone!"

  • great weekend

"Very nice unit within an acceptable complex. This unit was on fifth floor which is top level. Great view of the ocean and beach and pool below. Balcony is very pleasant to sit upon but not really wide enough for Alfresco dining. Finishes of this unit are quite high level, nice ceramic floors, good quality furniture, modern flat screen TVs. Appliances and Wi-Fi all modern and work well. Ice cube trays were put away underneath counter so there was no ice available for the first day. There is no ice bucket so we had to make do with a tupperware pot. Pool and hot tub are pretty good, no problems, but show a little wear and their age. Condo complex is ok, but no big deal. Very good beach access. Also volleyball net in the sand (bring your own vball). The condo complex only permits 1 parking space per unit. This was sort of a problem, as we had a 3 bedroom condo with 8 people. 1 car space is not reasonable, other cars need to park on the street. The owner Janet replied quickly to emails. Rental management is locally performed by Service 24, I saw some bad reviews about them, but we had no problems. They are tight on toilet paper, paper towels, dishwash soap, etc. Bring everything yourself. Beach chairs and sand toys in the closet are a nice touch."

  • Great house, perfect location

"The house was much nicer in person than in the photos and had a great layout for us, with plenty of beds in the guest bedroom so our kids could have a "sleepover" each night. The location could really not be better... super-close to the beach, just a short boardwalk to get there, busy Bahia Mar just north always with something interesting going on, and a nice quiet section of beach by the boardwalk. The pool could use some shade but was otherwise sooooo soothing after a long day on the beach. The Sea Turtle rescue, Birding Center, and nature boardwalk at the convention center are all easily walkable (and yes, there is a button so you can leave on foot via the front gate). Good dinner & dessert options are only a mile south on the main stretch, and no traffic lights to deal with."
