  • Breathtaking and Amazing!

"We recently stayed at this great home to celebrate my daughter's prom and another daughter's 21st birthday! Our family enjoyed every second at the house! The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and there was plenty of space! We had a total of 15 people and everyone had plenty of room to sleep, play and eat! The top level balcony was the perfect place to sit, feel the amazing air and hear the waves! We are looking forward to our next stay here! Thank you Bill for being so accommodating and for letting us stay a little longer! We had an amazing time and enjoyed your home to the fullest! :)"

  • Perfect House for two couples or girlfriends getaway

"We loved this neat and tidy home in a quiet neighborhood! In short - a great rental at a great price - perfect for two couples! Thanks! WiFi, TVs, Cable, and DVD players all worked. Lots of pots and pans, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Plenty of toiletries and paper products were provided too, so we didn't have to bring those. There was also a hairdryer and full sized washer and dryer. No dishwasher and no garbage disposal, though, which could be a consideration if you're planning to cook a lot. We went out for the great local seafood, so not a problem for us. This is a great rental for people who don't mind a short walk. The Seawall is really close, and several good restaurants within a half mile. We liked Miller's Seaside grill for lunch or dinner. (huge portions, great crab dishes) We enjoyed the Sunflower Bakery for breakfast. (Mimosas and Oysters Benedict) The sleeping setup is - two bedrooms, both upstairs - one king and one queen. They share a hall bathroom. The stairs might not be great for little kids or anyone with difficulty climbing, but they were fine for us. There is a second bath downstairs, which was nice because you don't want to go up and down the stairs all the time! There is not a huge amount of outdoor space, but we enjoyed sitting on the front porch. We could feel the sea breeze and met a couple of the neighbors - very nice folks. We would happily stay here again."

  • The whole crew

"What a perfect property from grandparents, to our kids, to our grandkids. My daughter went crazy over the gorgeous decor with all the special lighting and even the amazing dishes. She wants a red crab bowl like you have. The boat slip was so convenient for the fisherman to slip in and out. So many places to gather from the cement patio where they played corn hole to the upstairs deck with the screened in gazebo. I loved reading on the third deck in the porch swings. Can't really describe how great it was."

  • Perfect fit for us and awesome location

"The location cannot be beat, the place is very nice and it's on the ground floor. Yery was very easy to get in touch with and responded very promptly when I contacted him. We loved our stay here."
