  • Very clean and comfortable home!!

"We had a family wedding in Austin and our stay in the SoCo Bungulow was awesome. The home was equipped with whatever you would need in the kitchen, wonderful towels and bedding, and above all it was spotless. We had never been to the area before and this home was in a perfect location, close to downtown and the shops and bars and restaurants on Congress. I would highly recommend this lovely home for your stay in Austin!"

  • Excellent Location!

"My family and I went to a wedding in Austin & the bride told us to search in VRBO because it would be more affordable & more comfortable place as opposed to a hotel. I'm glad I did. I had never heard of VRBO. This was a cute condo, very clean & spacious. Love that I was able to bring my furbaby Toby. He loved the little backyard & he enjoyed all the squirrels that would be scurrying around there. . This is a great location. There are some restaurants & food trucks within walking distance. Congress street is close by & my puppy & i went to a nearby small trail & the following day we went to the trail under the Bat Bridge which was only 5 min walking distance. The only thing was kind of scary was the entrance to the parking lot because it was sort of steep & you could see where a few cars had hit the bottom of their cars. Anyway, we were careful driving in & out, though. It also had a dvr to play movies, & there were books & game boards to play but we were busy with wedding stuff & sightseeing, we didn't have time to use them but it's a great touch. Also there is coffee available for you to make. All in all, it's a great cozy place. I have already recommended this site to a few people. We enjoyed our stay at this property. Thanks Dominique. :)"

  • Highly recommended!

"We loved this comfortable, clean bungalow. The unit is completely renovated with ample supplies, extra bedding and blankets. It is perfectly situated in SoCo, with easy walking to music clubs, restaurants, shops and parks. Even with close proximity to south congress, the area is a very quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood. It smelled a bit musty when we entered but that cleared immediately when we turned on the air conditioner. Robert was great to work with-accommodating and highly responsive. We had weather related travel cancellations and he accommodated us at his longer term unit. When we had a problem with the TV he came over to fix it. In fact, he reached out to us during the hurricane before we travelled to TX to see how we were doing. Great customer service. We would return!"

  • Beautiful home that you wont want to leave! Perfect for big groups

"We stayed here for a bachelorette party of 13 girls and it could not have been more perfect. First off, the home is beautiful, clean, well decorated, and spacious. There was plenty of room for everyone and their things, room for all of us to eat together in the dining room, and even enough bathrooms to accommodate all of us getting ready at the same time. The house comes stocked with all the essentials and more: shampoo/conditioner, paper towels, basic cooking needs, etc. The check in/out process was straightforward and hassle free, and everyone we dealt with was helpful and friendly. The house is only a 15 minute drive to downtown, but we still found some good restaurants close to home (Fonda San Miguel is a MUST for delicious Mexican food and beautiful interior). Activities nearby that our group would definitely recommend include: a boat cruise on the river, a visit to the Hope Outdoor Gallery with a stop at the Whole Foods Flagship before or after, and walking down South Congress with a quick detour over to the South Austin trailer park for lunch (Torchy's Tacos!). I cannot say enough good things about this home and will be looking for an excuse to go back to Austin with a group so I can stay here again."
