  • Super cute house in a great central location

"Family of 4 rented this house for a visit to Austin and UT. The location of the house is perfect - centrally located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, walk to UT, and easy to get everywhere. The house itself is charming. Lots of historic details, but modernized for comfort. Great kitchen with every thing you need for meal prep, nice sized bedrooms with comfortable beds and bedding, comfortable living room for relaxing. Everything was super clean when we arrived. We enjoyed the screened porch in the morning and the kids loved the backyard. I would highly recommend this house."

  • Great place and location

"Place was as pictured and clean. Mark lives very close by and is there if you need him. A couple of small issues (coffee machine died and request for extra key) were handled the same day. Couldn't believe how quiet the neighborhood was. Would definitely return and recommend."

  • Perfect for weekend Vacation

"This place is legit. It's modern, spacious and only 10-15.00 Uber ride to both Rainey St and 6th. Master bedroom and bath are incredible. It's tricky to find because it's a back house and you have to access through an ally. DLP TV in master I thought they stopped making those in 04"

  • Apt was just as described! Quaint and clean!

"Mark meet us when we arrived and was very nice. All instructions were typed and easy to follow i.e. Tv, air conditioning etc. Parking in the carport made it easy since it was limited on the street. The location was just far enough from campus but close enough to walk many places. Both Trudys and Spider house were a short walk through a beautiful neighborhood. Guadalupe road had lots of shopping too. We had a wonderful visit and loved the apartment. Thanks Mark"
