  • Perfect spot

"We loved the Little Cabin! It was in the perfect spot for South Austin & had everything we needed! The kids loved it too. They had a high chair & everything we needed for our youngest!"

  • UT Parent Orientation

"I stayed here during my son's UT orientation. Location was great. I loved the neighborhood feel, but within blocks of great dining and shopping. Grocery store is also an easy 3 - 4 block walk or drive. Access to UT campus is not bad either with at most a 15 minute drive. House was very clean. I loved morning coffee on the large screened in back porch or walking to a nearby coffee shop. Nice hardwood floors, original farmhouse sink in kitchen and the honeycomb tile work in the bathroom give it a historic feel. Cute place. Would stay here again if available."

  • Clean, Beautiful Property

"We had a great stay here! Really nice place on a really neat property. Very close to downtown. Pull out couch is not terribly comfortable (but they never are) and it's in a room with lots of beautiful windows but no shades - so it's bright early! :) So maybe not the best option if you need someone to sleep out there, but the two bedrooms were GREAT and very, very spacious. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!"

  • Cozy cottage for two nestled in ravine

"We stayed in this accommodation for three weeks - a quiet cozy cottage feel that is surprisingly close to the night action of sixth and SOCO and three minutes to the interstate to jump on the many golf courses in the area. The nights were chilly in Jan so the extra blankets, house coats and portable heater were a very nice touch! The rooms were very clean, comfortable linens and towels. While a gourmet dinner may be a challenge, the kitchen was equipped for daily cooking. The accordion door to the bathroom does not afford much privacy. We enjoyed many long walks around Lady Bird lake, Hamilton pool and Barton Springs...in between great golf, restaurants and duelling piano bars!"
