  • Couldn't have asked for better!

"Have nothing but great things to say about Samantha, Trinidad, and their adorable condo! This was my first time ever using VRBO and to be honest, I was a little skeptical. However, I couldn't have asked for a better experience in Austin. Samantha and Trinidad were extremely accommodating. We rented bikes from them and they brought them over for us. When our flight was cancelled and we asked for an extension on the last day, they allowed us to stay in the apartment as long as we wanted- which was greatly appreciated!! The condo itself is a great size and SO cute. Location is perfect, about a 20 minute walk to the shops/restaurants on South Congress Ave, grocery store in walking distance (about 5 mins), short Uber ride to downtown Austin and 6th street (about 10 mins), short Uber ride to Rainey St, and to the airport. Overall, I would highly suggest staying at this condo if you're looking for more space then a hotel room and you want to be close to South Congress. Samantha and Trinidad could not have been nicer and more accommodating to us. I would definitely recommend to anyone going to Austin! Thanks, Samantha and Trinidad! Can't wait to stay again soon!"

  • Amazing girlfriend getaway in Austin!

"This house worked really well for our group of 5 girlfriends for a weekend girls' getaway! Two of us slept in the front king bed, two on the back king bed, and one on the back couch. The house has an eclectic layout (seems to fit right in with the neighborhood and Austin in general) with the bedrooms being separated and having to walk through the living room and kitchen from the front bedroom to the hallway bath. We appreciated the recent renovations on the place - it seems there are a few "vintage" areas left to update (kitchen cabinets & some of the flooring) We noticed a mild dog scent upon each arrival back to the house but we were happy with the level of cleanliness and plenty of linens available. Todd could not have been more helpful or accommodating - I asked lots of questions before our arrival and during our stay, and his responses were always timely and polite. It was a cloudy & rainy weekend, but if it hadn't been, we would have really enjoyed the backyard and fire pit. Loved the washer & dryer available along with soaps, and also appreciated the off-street parking. Overall great little place!"

  • Excellent location, cute place

"Stayed here with my husband, son and dog for a long weekend. Was a perfect location on a neighborhood street, a cute apartment and a friendly on-site owner. Apartment was furnished with everything we needed. Only thing to beware of is that the bathroom is up a flight of ladder stairs in the apartment. Not an inconvenience to us but could be for folks with limited mobility or small children. Will definitely book here again."

  • Above and beyond

"I'll start by saying that if we ever go back to Austin we'll be staying here again, which should say it all. The camper is darling. Feels brand new. Full kitchen. There's a TV with cable and netflix and a stereo to hook your phone up to. Fast wifi. Keurig, with pods. Cons: the bed wasn't the most comfortable and it is a camper, so it's small. But it was the little touches that made the stay stand apart from others: fresh flowers on the dining table, organic cream and sugar, a 6-pack of local brews in the fridge. And the customer service was top notch. The first day we got there the water heater broke. Torrie and Frank notified us and got someone out to fix it immediately. The next day water started leaking from the floorboards because the plumbers burst a pipe. It really wasn't an inconvenience to us at all (they fixed it right away), but they went out of their way to make up for it, offering us a bottle of wine, champagne and ultimately crediting us back some money (which we told them was totally unnecessary). Lastly, location is great. Walking distance to tons of restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Short drive to hiking, Barton Springs pool and downtown."
