  • Great weekend Lake Austin kayaking and swimming.

"Nice property in a quiet neighborhood with a nice boat dock for kayaking and swimming. Terrific views of the lake and the sunset. Mark was very responsive to questions and left a dozen fresh eggs from his chickens for us in the fridge. Super easy arrival and departure. Terry"

  • Cozy cottage for two nestled in ravine

"We stayed in this accommodation for three weeks - a quiet cozy cottage feel that is surprisingly close to the night action of sixth and SOCO and three minutes to the interstate to jump on the many golf courses in the area. The nights were chilly in Jan so the extra blankets, house coats and portable heater were a very nice touch! The rooms were very clean, comfortable linens and towels. While a gourmet dinner may be a challenge, the kitchen was equipped for daily cooking. The accordion door to the bathroom does not afford much privacy. We enjoyed many long walks around Lady Bird lake, Hamilton pool and Barton between great golf, restaurants and duelling piano bars!"

  • Excellent Location!

"My family and I went to a wedding in Austin & the bride told us to search in VRBO because it would be more affordable & more comfortable place as opposed to a hotel. I'm glad I did. I had never heard of VRBO. This was a cute condo, very clean & spacious. Love that I was able to bring my furbaby Toby. He loved the little backyard & he enjoyed all the squirrels that would be scurrying around there. . This is a great location. There are some restaurants & food trucks within walking distance. Congress street is close by & my puppy & i went to a nearby small trail & the following day we went to the trail under the Bat Bridge which was only 5 min walking distance. The only thing was kind of scary was the entrance to the parking lot because it was sort of steep & you could see where a few cars had hit the bottom of their cars. Anyway, we were careful driving in & out, though. It also had a dvr to play movies, & there were books & game boards to play but we were busy with wedding stuff & sightseeing, we didn't have time to use them but it's a great touch. Also there is coffee available for you to make. All in all, it's a great cozy place. I have already recommended this site to a few people. We enjoyed our stay at this property. Thanks Dominique. :)"

  • Great place for downtown convenience and comfort

"Our family (three couples) found this condo to be in good condition and in a great location for our touring around Austin. The space served us well, though it is tight for 6. We did not cook meals during our stay. We frequented Austin Java located just across the street for coffee and breakfast on their patio each day. We enjoyed the condo's deck and family room as we regrouped after our daily exploits around town. RideAustin served us well from this location and all around town. I caution to watch their ratings. If the rating is near or below 4, cancel the request and try again. We had a few sketchy drivers and old dirty cars... most were fine. Judy communicated with me in a prompt manner in preparation for our visit. We had no issues with the property during our stay. My security deposit was returned in a timely fashion. I would rent from her again."
