  • Perfect House for a large group!

"We had 12 people in our group and the house was very accommodating. Great location with a few bars, places to eat and a nice grocery store a very short walk away. Everything else is not far either. The property mangers were great. I had a question shortly after arriving and I got an quick and helpful answer. Highly recommend staying here for any size group."

  • Cozy retreat

"A cozy, quiet comfortable place to come home to after a day of sightseeing in and around Austin. Well maintained, clean and stocked with Movies and games for rainy days or evenings in. There is a wonderful Café within walking distance and bus transportation just around the corner. Carolyn has done a great job to make this a real home away from home."

  • Relaxing getaway in the country with many amenities

"My husband, daughter and I had a wonderful time staying at Among the Crepe Myrtles last weekend. We loved being on a ranch and seeing cows and horses right outside the house. There were also many deer in the area, which we don't get to see living in a big city. It was great to feel like we were in the middle of nowhere, yet be only about 15 minutes from Main Street. Homemade biscuits, grape jelly and pumpkin blossoms were provided and the fridge was stocked with milk, eggs and cereal. There was even hot chocolate and a Smores Survival Kit. Monica was nice enough to bake my husband and I a delicious chocolate cake in celebration of our anniversary. We never had to eat breakfast or dessert out. The hot tub was nice and of good size. We spent both nights relaxing in the hot tub. The beds were comfortable and there were bathrobes available for use. There is a fire pit outside with logs provided. There is even a ping pong table. The paddles were weathered, but we still had fun playing. We would definitely stay here again. Monica and Marc seem to enjoy renting out their B&Bs and were very friendly over email and quick to answer any questions we had. It was a brief stay, but we had lots of quality family time together."
