  • A wonderful Thanksgiving!

"Our family is from Austin but we still wanted to "get away" for the holiday. This cottage is so incredibly charming. We had extended family stay with us as well and it accommodated all of us very comfortably. We loved hanging outside in "the barn" at night and our dog loved the trail on the property. The owners were beyond friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this cottage as a perfect escape and we will be back!"

  • Fun vibrant house!

"We used the house for a girls weekend. There were 7 of us and we had room enough for everyone and slept comfortably. I will say one downside is sharing one bathroom for that many people, but it didn't really bother us. There were tons of things in the kitchen we were able to use after we went to the grocery store to cook and serve breakfast dinner and lunch. The furniture/furnishings are all very bright and festive, which really put everything over the top I think! The outside was great too. we were able to use the patio and the hot tub, everything was very clean and well taken care of. there is also a pool, fire pit and an area outside that has games which would be great for entertaining or families, we just didnt have enough time to utilize everything! The water does smell like sulphur, but thats to be expected out there so you just have to get used to it! and buy bottled water :)"

  • Magical place!

"Spring in the Texas Hill Country! I loved the layout of the house. And the views and darling bedrooms were magic. Liz met us at the house and showed us how everything worked. She treated us to welcome wine and took us through all of the local places to breakfast and wine taste. We will stay here again and bring friends."
