  • Provided all that we needed!

"Overall, the house was what we needed. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the pool house. If the pool house had a bathroom, it would be perfect. The backyard is the best part of the house with the pool and fruit trees. We were able to get fresh lime for our drinks. Be aware: Google maps might indicate that you have arrived when you are just behind the house. Looking at the map, you should have no problem navigating to the front of the house."

  • Perfect location!

"The house was clean and comfortable and in a great area- Close to UTSA many shops and restaurants. My only suggestion would be mattress pads or maybe feather toppers for the bunkbeds. Overall a nice clean house and a great neighborhood. Do not hesitate to rent if you want to be close to UTSA, la cantera mall, or 6 flags."

  • This is the one you want!

"You can't go wrong with this house for BMT graduation. Especially if it rains ALL weekend like it did for us. We had plenty of room to spread out. We watched Netflix, played games, napped and ate. Kitchen and baths are brand new. Disappointed we didn't get to enjoy the deck and grill. Parked our rental car in the garage and got to stay dry! Super comfy leather sofas! And throw blankets! There is a learning curve with the remote controls...but isn't there always? You will find no better than Carlos. Communication was quick and thorough. Our AB got held up a few weeks before graduating. Carlos' BMT policy was a life saver. No more than 20 minutes to Lackland. Grocery, Walmart and CVS within minutes. Couldn't be happier with our choice to stay here."

  • Very rustic and primitive, with tons of old world charm!

"Was just what we needed for a girls unplugged getaway. We felt like we stepped back in time. We loved the look and feel of the old ranch. The owners were very kind and attentive to our needs. The location was just minutes from everything Helotes Texas has to offer which is a lot the first weekend of the month. I would recommend bringing a flash lite if you will be returning after dark, the walk ways are old stones which are part of the charm however there is no light at your room door and the walk can be a bit treacherous. We would stay here again."
