  • Great value for family vacations

"This home is HUGE- more than enough space for your family. We enjoyed our week at this property- 4 adults & 2 teenagers- no one felt crowded in this large lakeside home. The kitchen has 2 refrigerators & 2 microwaves--no waiting for that snack of nachos or popcorn!. And the back yard is completely fenced for that furry family member. We loved having all the tables for card games, board games, electronics & puzzles. We also brought the boat, but chose to use the launch at Big Chief landing instead of the narrow on-premise ramp. This home is positioned on a quiet cove on the lake & very close to stores & restaurants. This property is a terrific value for what is offered."

  • Çomfortable rustic yet refined cabin.

"We stayed at the cabin as we are not usually comfortable in the standard hotel setting. The cabins are located in the Jellystone campground with quick access to the Fort Worth area (~ 20 minutes). Our stay was very relaxing and quiet. The cabin was very well thoughtout with a cozy fireplace, comfortable and stylist furnishing, and a large bath with a small functional kitchette (coffee, fridge, and microwave). We loved the style of the cabin, very Sante Fe with warm furnishings. We enjoyed out stay and are happy that we elected for the cozy cabin in lieu of a sterile hotel."

  • Quite cabin stay

"We just got home and really enjoyed our stay. It's a wonderfully laid out cabin in Edom not far from Tyler (it was our rainout from Tyler State Park). The sofa bed is super comfy! We took a little hike through the property to a small stream. We would go back!"
