  • Çomfortable rustic yet refined cabin.

"We stayed at the cabin as we are not usually comfortable in the standard hotel setting. The cabins are located in the Jellystone campground with quick access to the Fort Worth area (~ 20 minutes). Our stay was very relaxing and quiet. The cabin was very well thoughtout with a cozy fireplace, comfortable and stylist furnishing, and a large bath with a small functional kitchette (coffee, fridge, and microwave). We loved the style of the cabin, very Sante Fe with warm furnishings. We enjoyed out stay and are happy that we elected for the cozy cabin in lieu of a sterile hotel."

  • Wonderful and enjoyable lake house with great views and lots of nature!

"We had our family reunion here and were worried the house wouldn't be big enough to accommodate our large group (40-50 people). We were pleasantly surprised at how well the house and property was setup and was more than enough room for our family. We had 15 people stay overnight one night and 13 the next very comfortably! The house was very clean! The pool table which also can be used as a dinner table or ping pong table was a huge hit as was the dart board in the hall. Plenty of seating outside on the patios. The one and only kayak was also a great hit as several people went solo and paddled around Willow Island for a very enjoyable and quite time. We saw 4 deer swim from the island to the main land which surprised us all! The two resident ducks visited us often. The kids loved jumping off the dock and fishing off the dock as well. Our entire family wants us to make this a yearly trip! The only negative is the sliding door from the living area to the back patio is very difficult to slide, but that is an easy fix so definitely not a deal breaker. It was also nice knowing Art was on the property most of the time Just in case we needed anything although we never did. Thank you Art for such a nice place!"

  • Nice place in the quiet countryside!

"We really enjoyed our time at the ranch! The place is really nice and a great place to stay for friends to spend quality time together! We really enjoyed the hot tub and screened in porch and we had plenty of room to spread out. The owner is easy to work with and the house is out in the country but close to lots of attractions! Thanks for sharing your piece of the country with us! Loved the chickens, dogs, cats and all that goes with the ranch!"
