  • Great Location to Thistle Springs Ranch and Granbury old town

"This is a beautiful home and exactly a described. The house is even nicer than the pictures. It was so nice to stay in a large house like this instead of 4 hotel rooms. We were able to all sit around in our PJs for breakfast and end the night in the TV room. It was just like being at home. We didn't lack for anything. They have all the supplies - abundant number of bathroom towels, cleaning supplies, pots, pans, dishes, dishwasher, clothes washer, ice maker, iron, coffee maker, dish TV, and wireless internet. Nancy is very nice to work with. She responds to questions quickly and is very helpful. If you enjoy going outside like we do, you will find the light switch to the back porch behind the curtains in the big TV room."

  • Great getaway for a girls weekend

"The house was very welcoming and clean. Cary was incredibly helpful and responsive during the planning and booking process. There were 5 of us, but could have easily slept more. The property was beautiful and was just a short drive from the square. I highly recommend this house for anyone just wanting an easy getaway. It would work for a group of adults or multiple families with kids."

  • Best family long weekend getaway our family has ever enjoyed

"This lake house was absolutely perfect for our large family. The accomodations were absolutely the best. Being close to the water and boat dock simplified things so much. 4 of our family members were 4 and under and they were non stop. Either swimming, fishing, or jumping or being thrown in by their elders. And for the rest of us, someone had the canoe or kayaks in the water almost non stop. Being able to keep the family boat at the property was so nice. No unloading and reloading was necessary. The very spacious back yard allowed for some nerf baseball, tanning, and a tiny fun water sprinkler for our smallest little one. We spent very little time in the house as the large covered patio allowed us to so many things outside. We laughed, played games, danced, and cooked out every night. Many memories were made and I'm sure it won't be our last. The owners were very kind and easy to contact. We had a great and relaxed long weekend!"

  • Great Weekend Getaway!

"My wife and I were looking to get out of the city for the weekend and celebrate our anniversary. We also wanted to bring our dog. This house was absolutely perfect. Clean, cozy, exactly what we were looking for. Neighborhood was quiet, morning walks were serene. Beautiful view from the backyard overlooking the water. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and we used the grill for burgers. Our dog loved it, although the ladder stairs did freak him out a little. Having the back yard fenced all the way around gave us peace of mind when he was out there. Shower was a little tight, but endless hot water made up for it. Decorations were unique and fun, and the DVD collection has some great classics. Would have loved to use the canoe, but didn't know exactly how to launch it, and it was huge. Still had fun playing cornhole and thorwing the football. The house is minutes from the town square, grocery stores, restaurants, and there was a carnival going on that weekend as well! Perfect! We will definitely be coming back to visit, and I highly recommend you do as well."
