  • We had a great stay. Would definitely come back.

"We had a wonderful time. Had a few circumstances in life happen after our initial reservation was made and Bryan was very understanding and let us alter our plans to meet our needs. The cabin was very nice and had everything we needed to make this short vacation a great one. Thanks again to Bryan Graham."

  • Great Weekend Getaway!

"My wife and I were looking to get out of the city for the weekend and celebrate our anniversary. We also wanted to bring our dog. This house was absolutely perfect. Clean, cozy, exactly what we were looking for. Neighborhood was quiet, morning walks were serene. Beautiful view from the backyard overlooking the water. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and we used the grill for burgers. Our dog loved it, although the ladder stairs did freak him out a little. Having the back yard fenced all the way around gave us peace of mind when he was out there. Shower was a little tight, but endless hot water made up for it. Decorations were unique and fun, and the DVD collection has some great classics. Would have loved to use the canoe, but didn't know exactly how to launch it, and it was huge. Still had fun playing cornhole and thorwing the football. The house is minutes from the town square, grocery stores, restaurants, and there was a carnival going on that weekend as well! Perfect! We will definitely be coming back to visit, and I highly recommend you do as well."

  • Perfect gathering place

"Four adult members of our family got together in the Dallas area, staying at this charming lake house. It was clean, well maintained and provided a ideal location for a reunion. One evening, several extended family members came over for dinner. There was plenty of room for the gathering and the kitchen is large enough for food preparation. Internet access was a high priority and the WiFi was more than adequate. We spent time in Frisco, Little Elm and Denton while staying at the lake house. I would highly recommend it. The owner was pleasant to work with and promptly replied to every inquiry."

  • Lovely, Elegant, and Spacious

"The house invokes the old world charm of Texas – like a bygone era. The downstairs is so beautiful-wood floors, moldings, archways – even better in person. The bedrooms were spacious. The beds were comfortable. The house easily accommodated our contingent. The grounds were lovely and we spent some time out in the garden. I was concerned with only 2 baths, and one only on the second floor but it all seemed to work out. We happened to be there during the storm of the century, and the house held up well, and the grounds drained so we could go outside. The owner checked up on us afterwards to be sure we were ok and we were. Kitchen was fully appointed with everything you need, also there were lots of bath towels. Highly recommend the place. Loved it!"
