  • A perfect fit.

"My family had an opportunity to stay in the area again, so we joyfully picked JoAnna's place. We were just as happy as the prior time and can't wait to return."

  • Wonderful home away from home

"I stayed in this lovely basement apartment for about three months and enjoyed my stay immensely. First off, you will not find any better owners and I have rented many VRBO homes. Both Sharon and Hugo go out of their way to help. If I needed something, it was there for me in no time. They shoveled the snow off the driveway each day so I wouldn't have to do it myself and brought my packages and mail to me. They gave me my privacy, but were accessible for any need. I was blown away with their kindness. I was there during the Christmas holidays and Sharon gave me two little Christmas trees and decorations so I would have the Christmas spirit in my home away from home. Now to the apartment, it was very clean and had everything I needed in the kitchen from a blender to a toaster oven. The bedding and pillows were of top quality and the beds were very comfortable. I had plenty of room and enjoyed having a washer and dryer in a large room of its own where I stored things. I really enjoyed having a DVR with the TV so I could tape a show or watch a movie that had already been saved. I loved sitting outside on the covered patio to eat my lunch and watch the birds in the trees and gaze at the beautiful mountains nearby. The hot tub was pure delight, especially on a cold night! Besides the apartment being great, the location is wonderful! The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to stores in both Sandy and Draper. It is also very close to the ski slopes for either winter or summer recreation. I would highly recommend this rental apartment and would love to come back!"

  • charming mountain setting!

"We thought this should be called "Storybrook"! Gracious hosts stopped by with fresh bread and lollipops, and the home has a wonderful ambience right over the babbling brook. Just to be aware, the beds are small and short (fullsize is the biggest), and the ceiling clearance is also short (about 6 feet) walking into the kitchen--not ideal for tall guests. There are no locks on the bathroom door (it is shared by two bedrooms), and the exterior doors of the cottage don't all lock either. The home is only a dozen feet away from the homes on either side, but nevertheless felt private and remote. Parking is tight, so don't bring a large/long car. The bathrobes are exquisitely soft, the home has DVDs and books and CDs to enjoy, and hummingbirds and deer to watch while you eat outside (there is no indoor dining space, but fortunately sitting outside on the patio was refreshing in the mountain setting). Unique and special place!"

  • Excellent!

"Excellent accomodations! Kitchen stocked with numerous pots, pans and utensils for prepping and cooking meals. Tvs in every room and internet access without difficulty. Nearby town of Draper met all our eat out and grocery needs"
