"I'd love to keep this discovery to myself but it's almost too good not to share. Far exceeded expectations with an owner who was responsive and caring and a new ski trip lodging experience that was the best I've ever experienced. No, you aren't just down the road from the main PC ski resorts but just a short commute to them. Part of the commute FUN for me was driving a 4x4 on the snow covered mountain roads to get to/from this amazing retreat. The cabin is beautiful. The "spa cottage" as I call it, well appointed as I re-charged in the sauna and hot tub after a day of skiing. Looking forward to returning here soon and often!"

  • Great size home, nice owners, would be even better with some upkeep

"We were welcomed to the home with a pie and sparkling cider for the thanksgiving weekend. Owners seemed very nice and even texted to make sure we had everything we needed. Great size home with great views. It would be a great place to stay in the summer months with the bbq and outdoor play area (especially with kids). We had 2 families staying and was very comfortable sleeping in it. The things we didn't care for was there was a dog barking in basement, house didn't feel very clean (hair in drawers and dryer, smelly pillows on couch, hot tub was murky, fridge and pantry smelled) , security camera in the kitchen and kids room was very creepy (we unplugged it), there was no extra toilet paper in bathrooms, one bathroom didn't have a shower curtain and the bath didn't plug (we only used 2 of the bathrooms). With some upkeep, this place would be a great place to stay!"

  • Business stay in Park City

"I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and quality of the unit at the Prospector Inn during my recent stay in Park City. I spent seven full days in Park City for business, and the Prospector was conveniently located near most area attractions, including dining, shopping, the historic Main Street district, etc. The unit was fully furnished with all the high-end amenities I could have asked for during a week-long stay. The kitchenette was fully stocked with everything I could have needed...plenty of plates, glasses, silverware, cooking equipment, as well as a full sized refrigerator and dishwasher. The luxury bedding made for a very comfortable night's sleep also. The check-in/check-out process was fluid and painless, and the Prospector staff certainly made me feel welcomed and appreciated during both situations. I will assuredly look into this property/studio for any future stays in the Park City area."

  • Perfect ski house!

"Our second stay at this great place! The home had a roomy floorplan and lots of living space for our group of 10. A quick zip up to Powder Mountain and Snowbasin. The clubhouse and big hot tub were just one driveway away. Kathleen was friendly and prompt with responses. Highly recommend this beautiful home and community for snow-covered beauty and skiing!"
