  • Awesome home for our family reunion!

"We loved staying at laketownlodge for our family reunion. So many fun activities in one location from games downstairs to games in the background and so close to Bear Lake! No one was ready to leave! Would go there again in a heartbeat. The only downside is that it is pretty pricey."

  • Awesome Views

"We had more than enough space with 18 people. Having a washer and dryer plus a stocked kitchen was great. It had only the basics but it was functional. The kids enjoyed eating out on the deck. There is a bathroom on each floor which made things easy. The pull outs were easy to put back and pull out. One thing to consider is that the upstairs is a loft so you can hear everything from the main level. The manager gave us great insider tips on where the good fishing was and things to do in the area. Everything was ready and very nice. We even had some firewood provided. We would come back."

  • Great Views!

"Fantastic views from both decks and the patio. plenty of parking and close to the marina and food in town. Kitchen is well equipped, and having a dishwasher is a fantastic bonus. Plenty of room for people to sleep. Roll-a-way beds for custom configuration. Ample pantry to store food and coolers out of the way. We loved being close to the lake to go back for lunch or dinner and still have a view as if we were still at the lake. One bathroom on each of the three levels was really nice. A/C works great, and multiple TV's make it easier to have people of all ages under the same roof."

  • Positive Stay with family of 29

"We had a rough start, but Tyson was very accommodating. To a person (ages 3 to 70+), everyone was impressed with the facility and the amenities. We thought the youngsters would tire of the slides between floors, but they didn't. The home provided interest to all ages. It handled our group very well. It is well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots, and pans. Some items need to be replaced. The parking was potentially a problem handling boat and toy trailers, but we were able to work that out. The property is beginning to show the effects of renters and the grounds have been neglected. Suggest looking at check-in and check-out times to optimize the guest time. It would be better if there was some connection to have beach access at Bear Lake other than the overcrowded public facilities. Every family should experience the Pickleville Playhouse Theater that features good clean down home productions. The home has an atmosphere of warmth and comfort; couple that with an incredible view of Bear Lake and you have the makings of a wonderful vacation."
