"This one bedroom condo is about a 100 steps to Park City Mountain Resort Center and maybe 10 blocks' walk (or supereasy 2-min free shuttle ride) to the heart of Old Town Park City -- and its fine restaurants, bars, and shops. It is also no more than 500 yards from Alpine Properties, the property manager. No car is needed (though there's ample parking if needed). You really could not ask for a better location for the price.
As for the space, it is slightly tired/faded, with grout needed in the bathroom and a cracked dining room chair and a positively ancient sound system, but it is very comfortable, reasonably quiet (some footsteps from upstairs neighbors), made romantic by a wood burning fireplace with ample wood, and a small deck for people/mountain watching that gets wonderful late afternoon light. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and plenty of counterspace and is reasonably well-appointed for cooking at home. Wifi, TV as advertised. Alpine properties had excellent communication and provided space for us to leave our bags before checkin and after check out to enable to get some extra skiing in. The bedroom is reasonably comfortable with plenty of storage. This is good for a couple in the bedroom and maybe one person more on the sofa. Certainly no more than four people.
There is a nice pool and hot tub on the property, which was never crowded while we were there, a 7-11 steps away for quick runs for must-haves, and a grocery store right by Alpine properties.
The price was reasonable, Alpine properties courteous and responsive, and I would not hesitate to come here again."
