  • Strategically located

"I stayed for 2 weeks with 5 nights of that shared with 2 other adults. Plenty of space and very efficient kitchen to accommodate breakfasts and some dinners. Perfect location to either walk or bus to PCMR. Walk to grocery and liquor stores. Walk or bus to town. In unit laundry more than compensated for no dishwasher. Owner provideo wood for the fireplace and the on balcony storage closet was great for stashing skis and large suitcases. Parking in the lot super easy, but a car is not really needed. Noise from deck stairs partially addressed by a white noise machine. Special touches, coffee, tea, spices in the cupboard and extra requests accommodated made for a very homey and comfortable stay. Highly recommended."

  • Like our second home in Park City

"This cozy condo is a little larger than neighboring condos because it is on the corner, and it is one my family loves to book. The living room and master bedroom have a beautiful view of the nature preserve and mountains. It has been decorated with thought and care, comfortable furniture and fully furnished with all the amenities, including a corkscrew and nice wine glasses. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and grill on the outside porch. Our adult children and grandchildren came for a cookout dinner and there was plenty of space for all to visit and enjoy our meal together. The property manager was available if we ever needed anything. Our host is wonderful and we feel like we are in our Park City home away from home. I would recommend this condo without hesitation!"

  • Perfect for Large Groups

"This house was AMAZING! We had 6 couples and kids and this house was absolutely perfect for our group. It is so nice having bunkbeds in 5 of the 6 rooms so that kids had beds to sleep on rather than sleeping on the floor. The bar in the kitchen is so big it was perfect for feeding such a large group. The view from the deck eating dinner or breakfast was perfect. We have stayed in multiple homes in Garden City and our group decided we liked this one the best. We are ready to book our trip for next year! The A/C wasn't working when we got there, but the owners quickly had someone out to fix it, so that was great! The only downside to this home is the fact that the two upstairs rooms don't have vents for the A/C. For most of the summer this isn't an issue, and it definitely isn't the property managers fault, it was just a major oversight by the builder. With that said, it usually cools down at night so with windows open it shouldn't be a big deal. As far as suggestion goes, I would say maybe having some floor fans for those two rooms might be a good idea. Overall, we all absolutely loved this house and plan on renting from them again."

  • Great Place!

"We rented the condo for a week of skiing. Mike was very responsive to our inquiries and questions. Everything was exactly as described...or better! The furnishings were all like new and very comfortable and everything was immaculately clean. There was plenty of space for two couples. The bathroom has a separate area for the sink, so it made having one bathroom much easier. There were plenty of good quality towels and sheets. Parking was easy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, even a delicious bag of coffee. The location couldn't be better. It was no more than a 100' walk to the stairs that you walked up to get on the Quittin Time trail to ski down to the Town Lift. At the end of the day, it was so nice to take the same trail back to the condo. Town was equally easily accessible. Just walk down the stairs to Main Street and you are at the corner of 5th & Main (across from the Post Office). The Old Town location is so much better than the base area of the mountain - so many bars, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Mike - Thank you for a great stay. We hope to be back again next year!"
