  • Great Location, Comfortable Digs

"This one bedroom condo is about a 100 steps to Park City Mountain Resort Center and maybe 10 blocks' walk (or supereasy 2-min free shuttle ride) to the heart of Old Town Park City -- and its fine restaurants, bars, and shops. It is also no more than 500 yards from Alpine Properties, the property manager. No car is needed (though there's ample parking if needed). You really could not ask for a better location for the price. As for the space, it is slightly tired/faded, with grout needed in the bathroom and a cracked dining room chair and a positively ancient sound system, but it is very comfortable, reasonably quiet (some footsteps from upstairs neighbors), made romantic by a wood burning fireplace with ample wood, and a small deck for people/mountain watching that gets wonderful late afternoon light. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and plenty of counterspace and is reasonably well-appointed for cooking at home. Wifi, TV as advertised. Alpine properties had excellent communication and provided space for us to leave our bags before checkin and after check out to enable to get some extra skiing in. The bedroom is reasonably comfortable with plenty of storage. This is good for a couple in the bedroom and maybe one person more on the sofa. Certainly no more than four people. There is a nice pool and hot tub on the property, which was never crowded while we were there, a 7-11 steps away for quick runs for must-haves, and a grocery store right by Alpine properties. The price was reasonable, Alpine properties courteous and responsive, and I would not hesitate to come here again."

  • Positive Stay with family of 29

"We had a rough start, but Tyson was very accommodating. To a person (ages 3 to 70+), everyone was impressed with the facility and the amenities. We thought the youngsters would tire of the slides between floors, but they didn't. The home provided interest to all ages. It handled our group very well. It is well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots, and pans. Some items need to be replaced. The parking was potentially a problem handling boat and toy trailers, but we were able to work that out. The property is beginning to show the effects of renters and the grounds have been neglected. Suggest looking at check-in and check-out times to optimize the guest time. It would be better if there was some connection to have beach access at Bear Lake other than the overcrowded public facilities. Every family should experience the Pickleville Playhouse Theater that features good clean down home productions. The home has an atmosphere of warmth and comfort; couple that with an incredible view of Bear Lake and you have the makings of a wonderful vacation."

  • Fantastic. Had everything.

"This cabin was not only really cool, it was well thought out for our group, had tons of unexpected upgrades and was really beautiful. We had a few families and a bunch of kids, they were never bored. From sledding, to games, to the lofts, it was great for them. It was simply beautiful and quiet with lots of animal life. Thanks for a great weekend."

  • Great Stay

"My husband and I stayed for 3 nights at Rich and Melody's home in La Verkin while touring Zion. It met all our needs. The property was clean and homey, plenty of hot water, a great kitchen for preparing meals, the bed was comfortable, and it was so nice to have a washer and dryer. Rich and Melody were quick to respond to emails and were a pleasure to deal with. It was only about a 20 minute drive to Zion. Great coming back to the peacefulness of La Verkin after hiking with the crowds in Zion. Start your hikes early to beat the masses. Do not miss hiking The Narrows. Absolutely amazing! Be sure and rent gear for the hike. We used Zion Guru. You will not be disappointed if you rent this property!"
