  • Spring Break 2016

"A great location, and Susan the property manager was very helpful. The Deer Valley Signature Edition Shuttle from the condo to Snow Park Lodge and back is great--usually 3 minutes or so after calling, and less if a shuttle is already at Snow Park Lodge. Without meeting the owners, having stayed in a lot of similar kinds of places, this one stands out, because you can tell the owners care."

  • 5 Firefighters on a motorcycle vacation

"First off, let me say that if you are considering renting a home in this area for your vacation....look no further, you found the best one there is. The location is great. It is about an 1.5 + hours from Las Vegas.....15-20 minutes from Zion (my favorite national park ever).....Bryce Canyon and the N. Rim of the Grand Canyon are also an easy drive. Springdale is about 15 minutes down the road, bordering Zion, it offers great recreational rental shops, souvenir shops, restaurants...etc. La Verkin and Hurricane, as well as the larger city of St George, are also a short drive away. The house is absolutely is downright beautiful. You will hate to have to leave here. Everything works as it should, AC, showers, bathrooms, pool, Tv, FIRE LOG....everything is top notch! The rooms are spacious, clean and well designed. The pool and the hot tub are a welcomed relief after a long day traveling or hiking. Myself and 4 brother firefighters rented here for 5 nights and used the property as "home base" for our daily motorcycle adventures. We rode over a 1000 miles during our stay and it was great knowing that we had this place to come home to after a of hiking and riding. The owners were great and easy to work with. We never got to meet the property manager, because nothing ever went wrong!!! The 5 of us were usually fast asleep by 10 pm each night...which is unusual for 5 firefighters hanging out together...but with a house this relaxing and was easy to do. ........Just do it...don't wait, you wont regret it!........"

  • The property was great. Well appointed, cozy and close to activities.

"Our family had a very relaxing 4th of July weekend. We enjoyed relaxing by the fire during the chilly evenings and the great views from the decks by day and for the fireworks show. Couldn't have asked for much more, great property! The Barrera's"

  • Super comfortable and roomy with excellent property management

"Our family of 6 stayed at Magic Carpet from March 19-24, 2016, Spring Break. The unit had all the comforts of home - fully stocked kitchen, linens for all pullouts. And Lisa, the property manager, was very attentive and helpful when we were snowed in and needed the driveway plowed. We were very comfortable staying home and cooking most nights. The property was very clean and very well maintained. We did have to alternate hot showers, as the first night, after one hot shower, the remaining 5 of us took very quick lukewarm to cold showers. But, once we got a routine going with a shower every hour and half to give the hot water time to replenish, it worked out fine. The only drawback to this unit is that there are 34 stairs to climb (yes, we counted!) from the garage to the front door, with no elevator. So, luggage and groceries were not easy. We were also not used to the altitude, so we had difficulty breathing after just 4 steps - imagine 34, plus another flight to the 2nd floor master bedroom. And, after a full day of skiing, it took all we had to make it to the top landing. I would also invest in a humidifier, as the cold winter Utah air is very dry. I would have bought one in town and left it for the owners and future renters, if either of the two General Stores would have carried them. I guess this is only an issue for folks from humid climates, like us. But, overall, I gave this property and its management team 5 stars. We loved the unit and the view was amazing. Especially during the snowfall. Absolutely breathtaking. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone interested in staying in the area. Thank you to Matthew & Lisa for your quick responses and assistance! The Losada Family"
