  • Spring Skiing in Park City

"We recently returned from a great vacation in Park City (March 24th thru 29th) and can't say enough about the accommodations. Kim's condo is spacious, extremely clean, super comfortable, and in a great location to everything Park City has to offer. The keypad to the front door makes it very convenient and takes away the worries of who has a key or forgot their key. The beds are very comfortable, maybe a little too many layers but I'm sure those layers are probably needed during much colder weather. We cooked in most nights since we were tired after skiing all day and the kitchen had everything we needed. Kim has the condo super stocked with all paper products so don't worry about running out of paper towels or toilet paper. My only negative is the generic laundry detergent. It left stains on my clothes which came out when I ran them through an extra rinse cycle. The condo is a couple blocks from Fresh Market and Rite Aid, about a block from Starbucks, and maybe 50 steps from a ski shop. The ski shop has rentals for a good price and how easy that they are right across the parking lot. The bus stop is also just steps away from the condo's front door. My son and his friend really enjoyed the heated pool!!! I need to mention Kim is great to work with. Southwest cancelled our flight the night before due to bad weather and we couldn't get another flight until the day after meaning our vacation would be cut by a day. Kim was very quick getting back to me allowing us to stay one more night. This made everyone really happy since they had already bought their ski passes. We hope to return next year and would love to stay here again! Thanks Kim!!!"

  • Wonderful home and location!

"Grant's Gulch was so much more than advertised. We felt right at home the first time we walked through the door. Centrally located to not only Zion Park, but also the Kolob Canyon and Kolob Terrace Road. A number of state parks around St.George aren't far away. Suggest you head to LeVerkin for groceries at Davis's, shop on Tuesday and get a nice discount on gas. Noodles and Pizza served very good pizza, the Bit N Spur was great. Be sure to get their homemade peanut butter pie, delicious! Harry and John were very responsive to the couple of questions we had. I would definitely recommend Grant's Gulch to anyone looking to vacation in the area and we hope that we will be able to return. This was, without any doubt, the best homeaway experience we've had."

  • Perfect location for summer!

"We stayed in this condo for the Crusher bike race and couldn't have been happier with the location and accommodations! It's wonderfully quiet this time of year and we enjoyed sitting on the deck with a drink enjoying the scenery. Kitchen equipped for cooking the entire stay. John was a great host and always responded to questions right away. Definitely hope to stay again next year and possibly even during the ski season."

  • Softball family

"This was our first time using VRBO and I must say it was delightful! The ease of communication with Dennis from the beginning of the trip and throughout was considerably helpful. A few hiccups with wasps and the reverse osmosis system were addressed immediately, however the water system didn't work well. The comfort of the condo was second to none. No complaints from myself, wife, 15yr old and 12 yr old daughters, as well as 2 year old son. Kitchen had all cookware and utensils needed to enjoy any meal anytime. BBQ on deck was stocked with gas, however, I needed a bit more for a third time to BBQ, and ran out. Let the owner know of you're planning on BBQing, I'm sure he'd have the tank filled. Always hot water for showers, and a nice hot tub that my family enjoyed. All together, I will seek this place out again if I choose to visit Park City in the future. The Newpark center has everything you need to wander, eat, bowl, catch a movie, do some shopping, or listen to some concerts at the amphitheater when they have them. Additionally, an all you can eat french toast deal is offered at Kneaders within the center. Don't think twice about this place, book it and enjoy with peace of mind! Thank you Dennis!"
