  • Great property!

"This is a great location with proximity to shuttles into Park City, close to ski lifts. The house is really comfortable, well appointed and a kitchen well stocked with equipment for those who like to cook. I highly recommend this property."

  • Great Accommodations with updated amenities, easy access to lifts & village.

"Accommodations: comfortable, large enough for two, but three could stay here with no problem. Plenty of closet & dresser space for clothing. Kitchen had all one needs to prepare / serve meals - found space in kitchen more than adequate to prepare meals. Access to ski lockers was awesome; who feels like carrying skis farther than have to after full day of skiing. 1st floor accommodations also a big plus - easy in / out access! We have skied at Solitude on several occasions, but never stayed in the village. If one has the option, I would recommend staying in the village to take advantage of the very easy access to lifts and fine dining facilities; though only a limited number of restaurants & no grocery store. Plan on purchasing groceries, wine, beer in valley before driving up to resort - will not find much to purchase at resort. Upon arrival, pick up a list of Solitude activities for the week - take advantage of such activities as pre-ski yoga, free ski demo day, movie night, kid's night, etc. If you are looking for a quiet & enjoyable ski getaway at a great ski resort, look no further!"

  • Great Townhome, Great Location, Great Vacation

"We spent close to a week in Park City the second week of January, and had an absolutely wonderful time. Mathew was great to work with and he accommodated a couple of special requests graciously which was very much appreciated. Mathew provides excellent check-in instructions and everything was as described in his listing. The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The location is the best in old town if access to the town lift is important - the lift is literally steps away from outside the building and could not be more convenient. Our week in Park City provided nearly 8 ft. of snow over several days, which made the skiing conditions some of the best in years. Unfortunately, that amount of snow also required for the city to remove snow from main street, and the snow removal equipment was quite loud during the overnight hours. The unit is on the ground floor just above and facing main street, and the sounds of main street are easily heard. Under normal circumstances during off-peak times this wouldn't be a problem, but with the snow removal equipment was an annoyance. Other than this one issue, we would have given Mathew's home a five-star rating."
