  • Birthdays and Bucket Lists

"Had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! We were celebrating my husband's 60th birthday with one of his bucket list items - a white Christmas in the mountains. The house was perfectly set up for us and our three grown children and spouses. The three master bedrooms were great. The view was amazing and we made many family memories while there. Would definitely come here again!"

  • First family snow vacation!

"We stayed five December nights in 3C at The Empire House. It is a beautiful building and you can't beat the location. It is literally across the street from Park City Mountain Resort. The condo is a little dated but very comfortable. Beautiful views from every window. The turret room was a family favorite to enjoy the views and sip on coffee and hot chocolate! The heated floors and steam shower were a bonus, but there is no hot tub on the property. The underground parking was a perk. Be prepared to haul your luggage up to the third floor, as there is no elevator. Suellen, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with. Overall, it was a fantastic vacation and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Empire House. I would recommend this unit to anyone."

  • Fantastic house & location

"Kelly's Place was fantastic. We stayed there for just under a week (Mom, Dad, 2 teens) and it had everything we needed. Well-equipped throughout, the hot tub was great, and the garage-as-ski locker was ideal. Location is perfect if you're looking for convenience both to skiing (Town Lift!) and town. We would stay there again in a second. The only things people might want to be aware of are that if you don't have a snow-ready car, getting to and from the house can be a little tricky (you have to drive up a short hill to get to Woodside, and the city's plowing of Woodside doesn't always completely clear the street surface). You also may need to be prepared to do a little shoveling to clear your car and the porch steps and walkway down to the garage (management did always get it done, but not necessarily early enough if you wanted to get to the slopes when the lifts opened [i.e. by/before 9am]). For us that was a small price to pay to have our own place and hot tub that we didn't have to share with anyone else! Those are minor quibbles, though, when everything else was so great, and don't detract from our 5-star review. Tim at the management company was very communicative and helpful before, during, and after our stay. Highly recommended!"
