  • PREMIER SKI IN-OUT RESORT AND LOCATION

"We stayed at this property 1/25/16-1/30/16. The property is located steps away from the best skiing in the US. It is a true ski in-out property. This property has been recently renovated and is absolutely beautiful. It was very clean and well taken care of. The property is a first floor unit with easy access. We would recommend this property."

"What a wonderful experience! The rental property was just beautiful and what a great location! Pat Lauer was so professional to deal with and had wonderful suggestions. She provided a list of suggestions for rental cars and ski equipment, they were all very accommodating! She was very informative and we will be using her again. Thank you for making our first trip to Park City an Amazing one we look forward to our return!"

  • Best Ski Spot Ever!

"This condo is absolutely perfect. The location is right next to the Sunset Lift, literally a 20 foot walk to put your skis on (or rent equipment) and a 50 foot ski down to the lift. It's even a short walk downstairs to grab dinner or a morning coffee. The views out the family room and bedroom are of the lift and Canyons mountains. Everything you need is in the condo. The owner even replaced the televisions with new big screens, perfect for watching the Super Bowl this year. I can't say enough about this condo and its location. The owner was great to work with and quick to answer any of my questions. I look forward to returning soon."

  • Great condo

"This is an extremely nice condo! We were had 6 people with more then enough room. There was confusion on our first day between the owners and the cleaning team so we did not get into the unit until after 6pm. I found the phone number of Rom from the check-in info and we got the number of the cleaning team and got things worked out so all was well. The people who were in the unit before us left the unit in very, very poor shape but the cleaning people were very kind and worked extremely hard...took 3 of them 3 solid hours to get the unit back in presentable condition. Very thankful for their hard work!! A couple things to note...the ski in/ski out lift is a blue run so if you have brand new skiers, you will likely need to take the gondola down to the base and catch the shuttle (or walk) back to the hotel. The Hyatt people were all very helpful and the shuttle was extremely convenient. We used it several times a day as we would come back for lunch, warm up and dry out and then ski the rest of the afternoon. We have all levels of skier in our group but for the new ones, we spent most of the time on the New Meadows green run. There restaurant at the hotel is very good. Also a coffee/snack bar for quick items. The outdoor pool and hot tubs are great. The units have robes and towels provided at the pool. The work out area is very reasonable with several treadmills, bikes and elliptical. There is also a small free weight area. Lastly, there is a small game room with a PlayStation, Xbox, ping pong table and some board games and such. This was a very helpful spot to hang out while we were waiting for our unit to get cleaned and when waiting for our ride to the airport. The ski valet is extremely nice...Aloha ski rental is in the hotel so we got fitted the day we arrived and then just called each morning to have some ski ready at the ski out area and the others sent to the lobby to go out the shuttle to gondola. We had several major snow storms while we were there so needless to say, the skiing was fantastic!"
