  • Beat stocked condo ever!

"Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. We cooked in a lot and enjoyed the grill. The location is superb. Mountain biking right out your backdoor. Our 2 and 5 year old grandchildren enjoyed the paved trail around the area. The Jupiter Bowl bowling alley was a hit on Sunday where a family of 6 can bowl and have pizza for $60. Buses run all day and the stop is very close. Takes you into Park City and many of the resorts along the way. Another highlight for our 5 year old was the new kids zone at Park City Mountain Resort. Go early to avoid standing in line. Thanks to the Browns for providing such a comfortable place for our stay in Park City."

  • A Second Home

"Again it was a pleasure to stay in this property. This is our second consecutive years here at Kimball Junction. Kevin's condo is a comfortable place with an owner who aims to please. The kitchen is like being at one's home with well stocked pantry for cooking, complete with dishes, silverware, nice appliances and a dining table for a 8 and a counter for 3 more. Outside is a very nice Weber gas grill for grilling. A walking path is close by for easy exercise."

  • Excellent place, great value

"Comfortable, spacious, sun drenched, peaceful, well decorated rental. Cathedral ceiling with large windows looking out south/southwest to nature preserve and Park City / Canyons mountains. Home is on the outer perimeter of the self sufficient development which has multiple restaurants, shopping, Whole Foods, coffee shop, hotel - all accessible on foot. Home's patio steps out onto the paved trailhead which can take you east or west into the hills if you wish to go for a run, hike or bike ride. Bus stop to the Park City or Canyons ski area / village is few blocks away, or you can use uber or lyft (4-8min drive respectively). 2 minutes from freeway. 30 minutes from Salt Lake City. Will be back definitely."
