  • Great Park City townhouse for ski vaca!

"I celebrated my 40th birthday here with a group of friends and this townhouse exceeded our expectations! It was spacious, modern and clean! The townhouse is in a nice location, with only a 5 min drive to Canyons Mt resort and 10 min drive to Park City mountain resort, making the mornings a breeze! It snowed our entire stay and the roads were always clear. There is a nearby shopping center, making last minute grocery runs very easy. The open layout in the kitchen/dining/living area worked perfect for our large group! And the hot tub on the deck was truly amazing after a long day of skiing! Since all of us staying were in the military, the owner was also nice enough to give us a military discount which we sincerely appreciated! Steve was also very helpful in answering questions leading up to the trip, as none of my group had been to Park City before. I couldn't of asked for a better way to have spent my 40th and thankful we found this great townhouse! Highly recommend this property and plan to return someday!"

  • New deck, new decor!

"This is the 3rd time I have stayed in this house. Lots of improvements. The new deck was is amazing. New heated driveway. The hot tubs in on the deck offer spectacular view of the valley. I have stay in a couple different houses in Bear Hollow before, this one has the most spectacular view of the valley form both decks and the huge windows in the main living room. We have witnessed two amazing sunrises. Amazing art and new interior decor as well. Big, well equipped kitchen and the pool table is always a big hit. The house management team reached to me about a month ahead of our arrival to keep us posted on deck and driveway construction. When we arrived everything was as expected. All of us greatly enjoyed the stay. I am planning to book it soon for our skiing spring break."

  • Great condo in convenient location

"We like staying in the Bear Hollow complex because it is close enough to the ski resorts, but at the same time being a bit away from all of the bustle (and traffic and parking issues) in downtown Park City or near the ski resorts. Also, Kimball Junction has been built up in the last few years, so there is a greater selection of restaurants right nearby. Of course, if you wanted to go to downtown Park City, it is only a 10 minute drive. As for the condo itself, it was a great place. It was plenty big (a lot more than we needed for a family of four -- we could have had two families staying in there easily). It had five bedrooms, a nice sized kitchen, dining area, and a decent-sized family room. There was also a nice hot tub on the deck easily accessible from the kitchen. The condo had it's own garage (so therefore, private parking), and it's own washer and dryer which was very convenient. The condo was kept impeccably clean, and the instructions sent to us prior to getting there were very clear and detailed. Overall, a great place that we'd stay in again, and probably invite friends to come with us!"

  • Fabulous Property in an amazing location!!

"We loved staying in this house for our week in Park City this summer. House was everything the pictures showed and more. Very well furnished and maintained and house was extremely clean. Owners were excellent to work with and very responsive. Our entire family loved our time in Park City / Salt Lake City and will definitely look to stay here again in the future."
