  • Spring Skiing in Park City

"We recently returned from a great vacation in Park City (March 24th thru 29th) and can't say enough about the accommodations. Kim's condo is spacious, extremely clean, super comfortable, and in a great location to everything Park City has to offer. The keypad to the front door makes it very convenient and takes away the worries of who has a key or forgot their key. The beds are very comfortable, maybe a little too many layers but I'm sure those layers are probably needed during much colder weather. We cooked in most nights since we were tired after skiing all day and the kitchen had everything we needed. Kim has the condo super stocked with all paper products so don't worry about running out of paper towels or toilet paper. My only negative is the generic laundry detergent. It left stains on my clothes which came out when I ran them through an extra rinse cycle. The condo is a couple blocks from Fresh Market and Rite Aid, about a block from Starbucks, and maybe 50 steps from a ski shop. The ski shop has rentals for a good price and how easy that they are right across the parking lot. The bus stop is also just steps away from the condo's front door. My son and his friend really enjoyed the heated pool!!! I need to mention Kim is great to work with. Southwest cancelled our flight the night before due to bad weather and we couldn't get another flight until the day after meaning our vacation would be cut by a day. Kim was very quick getting back to me allowing us to stay one more night. This made everyone really happy since they had already bought their ski passes. We hope to return next year and would love to stay here again! Thanks Kim!!!"

  • A wonderful place to stay

"The condo was exactly as described although I was pleasantly surprised to see that the rooms are larger than they appear in the photos. The unit came fully equipped with fresh linens/sheets and all kitchen amenities for cooking/dining in. There was even coffee supplies by the coffee maker and fresh toiletries in the bath, just like a hotel. The owners were very knowledgeable and helpful as we arrived late in the evening and an alternate method for key pickup was arranged. The unit has a fireplace in the den as well as wifi and a smart TV . There was even a selection of books and DVDs provided. The condo is about a five minute walk on a private road to the slope where you can ski down (less than a minute) to the the "First Time" lift and get all across the mountain. Coming home, there is about a 50 foot walk up the slope (the one you ski down) to the drive. All in all was a very pleasant stay and I highly recommend!!!"

  • Great location!

"We found this gem just over a week before our trip and our worries were put to rest the minute we opened the door. While the condo is not super spacious, it housed our family of five for four nights quite comfortably. The full kitchen was clean and well furnished and having two bathrooms allowed for a peaceful morning before heading to the slopes. We loved the proximity to everything, especially the slopes which were a short walk away. The only thing we wished we'd had was a view of the mountain instead of the street, and a more secure area to store our gear. But that being said, this condo is well priced and we would certainly consider staying there again on our next trip!"

  • The Best Ski-in, Ski-Out in Park City!

"My wife and I have been coming to this VERBO for the past 7 years for a week during ski season. My wife hates schlepping her skis and boots around and this place is perfect because it has a heated, indoor locker as part of the rental. There are two big bathrooms (both have large tubs and one has Jacuzzi jets in it for wonderful relaxation after a hard day of skiing) along with a great king-sized bed and there is a pull-down bed in the front room so you can sleep 2 couples of a couple of kids. The property has a gas fireplace, a nice kitchen and a great high speed router connected to the audio-video system which allowed us to binge watch without interruption 4 seasons of House of Cards uninterrupted. The property also has a balcony overlooking the ski lift and has a built-in snow gage--the top railing which collects snow when it falls. One year we woke up to 12 inches and knew it was powder time before we could even turn on the weather report. The property is on the first level and we never heard loud noise or partying since all the shops below are closed by 6 p.m. Finally, the public but to both Main Street and to The Canyons and Deer Valley is a short walk down two flights of stairs so you don't really need your car very much. When going to Park City to ski, we would NEVER stay anywhere else. It really is true Ski-In, Ski-Out and the best one in Park City."
